I ordered the Family Special, which was supposed to include two large pizzas (one plain and one pepperoni), two cheesesteaks (with mayo, salt, pepper, ketchup, and fried onions), and a 2-liter pineapple soda. Unfortunately, the order was incomplete and incorrect.
What I received was one plain cheese pizza, one pepperoni pizza, and only one cheesesteak. The second cheesesteak and the 2-liter pineapple soda were missing.
I called the store to address the issue, and the woman who answered apologized and claimed there was a problem with their computer system, which caused them to miss part of the order. She initially assured me that the missing items would be sent out.
However, shortly after, she called back and said they would not be sending the missing cheesesteak and soda because I supposedly wasn’t charged for the pepperoni pizza. This explanation made no sense, as the cost of adding pepperoni to a pizza does not equal the value of a cheesesteak and a 2-liter soda. When I asked for clarification, she became argumentative and raised her voice.
I asked to speak to a manager, and she claimed the manager only spoke Spanish—which was fine, as I also speak Spanish. Instead of transferring the call, I could hear giggling in the background. She then told me they would have to call me back because she needed to reach a different manager.
Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. Not only was my order incomplete, but the customer service I received afterward was dismissive and disrespectful. I paid for items I did not receive, and instead of resolving the issue, the staff offered excuses and poor communication. I will not be ordering from this...

THEY ROBBED US! The food here is good, but when it comes to customer service👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽.
We’ve ordered from this place several times, have spent plenty of money (large family=big orders), and have referred others to this establishment as well…but never again. We ordered 4 sandwiches, but received 5. Two of those 5, were incorrect portions of the order.
My partner called to explain the situation, with the hope of exchanging the two incorrect portions, for the correct one, plus to recover the money for an additional unwanted sandwich. Not only did the person who took the order not admit her wrong, but a co-worker joined in, and proceeded to tell my partner how she overheard the order and “it was perfectly read back to him"! And Guess what? She actually repeated the “correct" sandwich (the one we never received) in her variation of the order!!! Just wow…
So, she heard the order with the correct item (as did I, by the way, & heard how he repeatedly attempted to correct her), yet we still received an incorrect order??? And are still at fault for their error??? So my angered partner asks to speak to a manager, but was told there was no manager present! Awesome, even better!
Welp, now they have successfully robbed two patrons for two sandwiches…AND I’m still hungry, as I never received what I wanted. No coupon, no fixing it, no apologies… So thank you, but no thank you to businesses who treat their customers like their patronage isn’t valued or...

Today is our daughters first birthday her dad called to order our food whoever the receptionist is working we called at 6:36pm then called back at 6:38pm and put on hold for 5 min.... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. First time he called we were asked to hold she didnt mute the phone heard her whole conversation hung up and called back asked to hold again waited 5 min she asked pick up or delivery he said delivery she asked for the address he said it 2x she said both times she couldnt hear him. So he took the phone off speaker and said the numbers one by one and then said the street name to make sure he was heard. She responds so rudely IM NOT SLOW. Uhm lady you had us on hold for 5 min the first time we called had a whole conversation and then you said you cluldnt hear the address the first 2x so he took the phone off speaker and made sure to enunciate so you could clearly hear him and you respond your not slow....... Thats not how customer service works I answer phones all day if I cant hear someone I ask them to spell it out for me to make sure I have accurate information I would never address a customer by saying "im not slow" you have a personal problem you need to deal with and perhaps need to find a job that doesnt work with customer service if you cant take an address without thinking someone is calling you slow!
