Leslie, Was the associate that served me and greeted me at the register I cannot say enough on how polite she is how helpful she is, and just the all-around beautiful person and soul and was so very helpful and really turned my day around after having a horrible month to just have a small conversation with me when the dining room was emptied out and she had just a few minutes to spare. She used that time to tell me about One of the desserts I was asking about she was making prior to me talking to her and after our conversation, I wind up purchasing that specific dessert and it was amazing just like her personality once again I just want to say thank you your store is always playing atmosphere is always positive The food is always amazing and fresh and I can’t say enough about this place or Leslie and the rest of the workers that were working with her on that shift awesome team awesome people they knock it out of the park every time so just wanted to leave a positive review because of this. I feel not enough people leave positive reviews. They feel reviews sway more to the negative side and when I get the chance or when the opportunity strikes and you have a very good experience, I mean above and beyond the standard professional experience I want to say it was exceptional if they had 10 stars of 10 stars for this place Thank you to the night crew that was working today Wednesday at 7 o’clock and thank you personally to Leslie. I appreciate your hospitality...

I ordered again. I used to love this place. Was better than the competitor on campus. But this time I hate to admit the food was disgusting. I know that sometimes things don't turn out right but this time is was just sad. The fry smelled and tasted burnt. It didn't look it but it was unbearable. I tried to be a sport and drench it in sauce. But the smell was horrible. I expected it to be spicy and not smelling like something burnt was mixed up. The burning smell made eating it difficult. I couldn't even eat half of it.I don't like wasting food but it was sad. Much worse than last time. Maybe I am just unlucky but the last few times I've been here it has steadily gone down hill in quality. When I first started eating here it was a pleasure. Now when I purchase something I regret it before finishing...if I even can finish it. I don't know what it was but it smelled like burnt plastic or something like that. I did have the spicy garlic but without the pineapple. If soy sauce can't come true flavor, pineapple couldn't. Sorry but I will not eat here again. Its been a pleasure but I've never ordered a plate anywhere I couldn't finish because of smell or taste hope quality...

I ordered the Garlic Butter Chicken and it was like eating from a salt shaker 🧂

I was told later this specific meal was not good and to just create your own bowl and avoid that sauce.

There are multiple kisoks to enter your own order. But since they weren't in a rush to fill orders the pickup area was crowded with people and rows of stacked chairs. The drink area and before we sat down was fairly clean which is a plus. But that's probably because it looks like everyone just picks up or gets it to go.

The table I sat at was made from stainless steel. The tables are very close to each other and mostly the spots are just simply counter and chair type eating area

The bathroom requires a four digit code you have to ask for. But on the plus side this means the bathroom is fairly clean

I personally don't like what I eat here and would like to maybe try again but it's definitely down on my list to revisit. Especially after the death-by-salt meal I picked.
