QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Philadelphia

My rights to privacy as a person and customer were violated here. A cashier (heavy set white guy with Reddish hair) walked in on me in the bathroom, didn’t apologize and smirked when I addressed him because it was done in a way that looked very intentional- he walked in without knocking trying to let another customer in literally just a FEW seconds after letting me in like he didn’t know I was there.

He saw me bare on the toilet. I was pissed and felt too uncomfortable and violated and left. A week later last night, it still didn’t sit right with me and I felt I didn’t stick up for myself like I deserve and called today to ask for a manager who couldn’t help but to keep telling me he was on vacation last week and started making excuses for the employee. No apology. I said “if this is your response to my privacy being violated and if that’s how your creepy employee treated me, then the team isn’t right too.” I enjoy Qdoba food but I won’t step foot in this location again.

The manager also said he has no idea how I can file a complaint to corporate after telling me to do so. Which I find it hard to believe a chain food store wouldn’t provide a complaint/claim # to their locations. He was being lazy and didn’t care to help. Really discouraging and difficult for women to be treated with lack of consideration of safety and privacy from sneaky men like this. I’m glad I spoke up for myself today. I will be looking for a proper number within the company to give a statement. Writing this review was another way for me to voice this uncomfortable situation I experienced as other people should...

My wife and I went here ONE TIME and we will never go there again! I can only speak for the time that we were there, but the service was not that good but the food was just nasty. The taco's didn't taste good, the chips just tasted stale and the salsa was the worse I have ever eaten. By the way, if you want chips and salsa, you have to buy them separate. I love Mexican food, but this was garbage as far as I'm concerned. The next time I'm hungry for Mexican food I will go to one of the sit down Mexican restaurant's and NOT QDOBA! I really feel kind of bad about this review, because most places I review I usually give a pretty good review but this place was just bad. Maybe it was just the particular time that we were there, but I'm not going to try them again. Most times I will give a restaurant a second chance but not this time. Sorry, but I just can't recommend this...

Food is solid. My problem is the portions. It varies worked to worker but they couldn’t be stingier with everything. Just went today and payed 17 dollars for a bowl with extra protein and they guy first gave me what should have been a regular portion of steak after I payed extra 3 dollars. Then he proceeded to give me barely any of each topping. 17 dollars for a bowl a kid could finish. My previous expierence a worker gave me attitude for asking her for more beans. She said “I don’t like to go back” meaning she didn’t like walking the two feet back to where the beans were. I will NEVER be returning to this location as they are not respectful to customers and they are the stingiest people I have ever seen in this style...
