The bar used to be ok to get a beer and watch a game.

Until I went there Saturday night to watch the Sixers/Boston game. Went upstairs and sat the bar . Not much of a crowd upstairs, There where two young bartenders . One of the bartenders got us our beers . After we got our drinks the service rapidly went down hill. It took the bartender 20 minutes to take our order. Again the place was not busy, but both bartenders were more interested in watching the Kentucky Derby & Sixers, game and chatting with the young college girls. When I finally received by Cajun chicken sandwich, it was slightly burnt. Additionally, I never received a glass of water I requested. After we received the bill, the bartender tried to take my credit card receipt b4 I had a chance to sig the receipt. By the way, the other bartender stood their like an Indian Statute and completely ignored us, Left there with out tipping these guys since they did not take good care of 2 certain guests. I ordered delivery from here for a friend of mine and his son, and it took 90 minutes to arrive. This is not a big deal, however they messed up our orders and left out food. When I called to ask what had happened, they said they had put in the potato skins to the order, but the delivery is with a third party. This means the only thing I can do is call their customer service, and there is nothing they could do, and it was "out of their hands." They would then offer me a refund if the third party confirms it. I did not want a refund, as the missing order was the one for my friends son. So I called up customer service for their delivery, and they proceeded to blame the restaurant, and will get me the missing order. They then called back in 45 minutes, (it has been about 2 and a half hours now) saying they would not delivery it to me anymore, and since it was the restaurants fault all they could do is give a small refund. Very disappointed. Food is always delicious but i never got to the food. Website app took my order and my money, had me waiting 40 mins, and i finally recv'd a call telling me they had already closed. The guy I spoke with told me he would process the refund in the morning, Monday morning. Called Tuesday night, someone took my name and #. Waited till Thursday, still no refund. Spoke with another guy Thursday night, he was gonna call me back, never did. Friday night, called spoke with a female who said she was the manager, was told she would call me back after the credit was processed, here we are, the next day, still no refund. Not sure why I haven't recv'd my refund, and tbh, it was only $13, but it's MY $13. I can see a place being very busy and not being able to get to it, or even forgetting. But today will be 7 days, and i will attempt for the 5th time to...
