Horrible customer service (59th st location) I was given the run around for a funnel cake that was made too hard, I couldn't even bite it. I went to the first available window. The guy tells me I didn't make it you have to go to her...wwhhhaaaattttt! Then the guy with short dreads comes to the window and tells me if it wasn't an hour ago he couldn't have done something and hands me a card and told me to call the manager. Remind you I purchased 2 ice creams, water ice and pretzel. How the hell can i eat the funnel cake right away. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND A SINGLE PENNY AT...

This place is Always busy!!

I have tried water ice, hand dipped ice cream, soft serve ice cream, pretzels, hot sausage.

The ice cream and water ice are served cold, its not melting all over the place when you get it, the pretzels were warm and soft , the hot sausages were very good!

Sometimes there is a line at the windows, it moves quickly!

My FAVORITE go to summer spot! They are open from the 1st day of Spring until October. Authentic Philly Water Ice! Delicious flavors and OMG the warm Philly pretzels with spicy mustard (a must have!) Prices are really affordable in comparison to nasty Rita's Ice Water. Gotta try the "Radio Ball" Kings Water Ice topped with Hershey's Ice Cream, any flavor! Lines are long on hot summer days so be prepared to wait awhile. But, definitely...
