My favorite place to be on Monday night with the baddest bartender in South Philly, Bill !! And all the main guys who I’ve come to love as my own Bro’s. I walk in and Bill already knows what I’m gettin I don’t even have to ask no more (Espalone and Surfside coming up for Chooch !). Music is always a good vibe although I’m personally banned from playing anymore music lmao but it’s an on going inside joke so it’s all in good faith ! This place really feels like home to me and it’s so welcoming. I still find myself getting lost in the atmosphere and all the memorabilia on the walls at times. Bill is gonna kill me for this review but you know i love you dude and besides, IT DON’T MAAAATTTTERR. PHILADELPHIA, PA: we love ourselves a good dive bar and McCusker's Tavern perfectly fits the bill! The building has been an Irish bar since 1907 and McCusker’s took it over in 1968. You can feel the Philly pride in here - the walls are full of Philadelphia sports memorabilia, band posters, beer signs, and has the feel of a hometown bar.
