New Golden House Restaurant — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I fail for the couple good reviews but noooo The food was terrible.lol I’m only laughing because spirt was screaming at me “don’t do it” and I still did it 😂 and it was the only close place and I’m pregnant and still is hungry. But anywho They don’t answer.the telephone, if ordered through ubereats Something told me to call before I placed the order because I ordered on Uber eats and I like to call to confirm my order and ask for sauces. But moral of the story is the rice chicken soup was pretty good and I guess I got the short end of the stick because I write twice in the notes and instructions very nicely can I have a extra bag of fried noodles and the one bag/only bag I got was literally like 5 fried noodles in it. But the rice chicken soup was okay. Everything else was terrible I got a chicken and broccoli with shrimp fried rice it was horrible tasted old and Chinese donuts was bitter, the spring rolls I guess they don’t care to much about making them good because it’s buy two get two free they was small burnt drenched in oil , and didn’t taste like the springs rolls I get from around the way. Very rude, rushed me off the phone the first time because the husband cannot speak English very well; food is sub par, gave me the runs for a week. Pretty sure I got food poisoning. I’ve even went back because I wanted to give it another try ( and because it opens late) but it is very inconsistent with food and service. Go somewhere else and save your money. Oh and the picture I posted was crab sticks and as you can see it was just thrown in there not done, freezer burned, and food was spilled in a bag. Horrible. I'm sure people only eat here because they're desperate and the restaurant is open late. The service sucks. The food sucks. I ordered chicken wings and general tso's chicken. The rice was horribly basic. I normally don't eat soy sauce but I need 2 packs just to make it taste okay enough to eat. The chicken wings had no flavor. The general tso's was still cold. Yet this woman rushed me to come get it. Calling me 2 times.

She should have spent that time actually cooking my food instead of blowing...
