Nick's Famous Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

yesterday i ordered two slices of pizza both pizzas had ground beef and beef pepperoni ...out of habit i enjoy holding my slices of pizza while i eat my pizza ..as i was talking on the phone i yet my call was on speaker phone i sat my phone down while i conversed...after i finished my call i picked up my pizza and looked at the crust and discovered a nice size bug brown bug mounted on the outside crust of the pizza...i.immediately returned to the store and showed other customers and the cashier...a lady from behind the counter says thats not a roach yet i never determined it was any kind of bug i only specified it was a bug in my food so the lady made it her business to take a fork and dig into the crust trying to convince me that i was hallucinating and that the brown spot i seen was part of the pizza crust being burned which was totally incorrect as a cover up...the lady then tried to give me back two dollars of my money yet i declined the money and...

Was sooooo disappointed the last time visiting Nick's. I used to live on the street behind the store and frequently got a chicken cheesesteak with no issues. Its an old MA and POP place so I was VERY supportive!! Years later I rode by and said let me grab a cheesesteak for old times sake. Opened it up on my way home (I live 25 minutes away) and when I say THE WORST CHEESESTEAK IVE EVER HAD! It taste like it was cooked next to something else...which is believable because I got my steak during closing time. It had a teriyaki taste to it! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE TASTE. I immediately called and they had nothing to say but "well what do you want me to do?" I had to throw the entire thing away. It would have been nice to been accommodated in some way for an old time customer. Sad to say-Never returning on that note!

There were no need for pictures because the steak "looked" fine but the smell and the taste can NOT be...

Called on a Wednesday night at around 8pm. After calling, the woman who answered said please hold after 3 minutes of being on hold...I tried to ask if they had a few items on the menu. I understand that it might be busy,however there is something called * Common Courtesy and Respect* I was clicked on hold again... about a minute later I again i inquired about 2 items, I was told that she couldn't hear me...She said hello,hello so quickly...I was responding..I'm here, I'm right here *and *click she hung up on me so quickly. I called right back...and I asked if she could here Me..she said yes,hold please... when I was Finally assisted..it was the owner Nick who took my order... this is the 2nd incident I and my husband have had with the woman who take the orders... *RUDE & way Too QUICK to hang up on paying customers. There are Way too many pizza restaurants for someone to act so bold,...
