Pizza Hut Express — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Understaffed waited in line for 15 mins.before someone came to the front to then tell me they were out of pasta. Seriously,went again on Nov.8,2018. Like a always they never have anyone on the front register so you have to wait til someone come out the kitchen. Was in line a good ten minutes when the cook tells me I be back out to take care of you I have pizzas in the oven to take out so I said fine so I waited & waited four people walked in behind me to order he never came out to ask anything than here along there was an employee sleeping on the dining room table there was no other employee visible. So than the employee wakes up walks to the back into the kitchen now I'm at least 40 mins in line still waiting the customer's that were also in line behind me left . So the cook walks back to the front to check a pizza & once again tells me I be right with u . Than about 5 mins later the other employee comes to the front and tells me that the cook was not taking anymore orders anytime soon because he backed up on orders. I was upset with him cuz he shouldn't have had me waiting for him to take my order I knew he was busy so I was being patient just cuz that's a very convenient spot for me. Corporate need to go to that store or send a mystery shopper cuz the busy is running very poorly very understaffed front register never has a cashier ever whenever u walk in it's gloomy no greeting no good customer service I will be...
