The food was decent however the customer service here was awful!! The person who was helping me was rude, not friendly at all, and it seemed like being there was a bother to her. She made myself and my daughter come in when we went through drive thru originally which was a bother, but it was how she said and did it that was a problem. We went in and she immediately called our name for our order and threw it on the counter and quickly walked away. My daughter and I were left standing there when needing further help. She finally turned and saw us still standing there and when I asked for a manager, she replied I am the manager. Proceeded to be rude and speak unacceptably. She was wearing no name tag or identifying insignia. When I advised I was going to complain higher up, "she replied you do that" and walked away. Worst location and customer service by far. I only went to this location because it was in my path for the day and it was not worth the headache.
I love the location at 49th Ave and Thunderbird! Go there. Their management and employees are awesome! Great customer service and food! I assure you the small detour is worth the time and this location won't give you issues and are great at resolving even the smallest things. I have never left unhappy from...
Read moreI have eaten at this Arbys for more than 20 years. I have never experienced any problems with my orders until recently. The last few months several of my orders have been incorrect. My most recent visit today was the worst. The au jus for my French dip was missing. The bread in my French dip sandwich was not fresh. It was definitely stale. And two of the three sliders were partially frozen. Even the customer service has taken a nosedive. The majority of the workers don't seem to fully understand what they are supposed to be doing. They seem a bit lost behind the counter.
My previous visit I actually walked out without ordering. It was my turn to order. I was asked what I would like. Then the worker turned around to answer questions of a co-worker. She then walked away to help them. This happened three times. So it was obvious that I was not important. So my son and I walked out and had dinner at Carl's jr. Instead. I surprised myself this evening when I decided to give them another shot. But after the lousy food today I will not be returning...
Read moreI've been going to this Arby's since 1988. It was already fully established then and has seen some renovations and changes over the years. Just about everything was an exterior face or label and the original 1960's roast beef is the same as it has always been. Somewhere in the late 1970's they started with the GIANT sized roast beef. Then the name changed to Big Montana, then MAX, now it's called... uh "Half Pound" in 2021. Same Arby's and horsey sauce. This particular Arby's was a non-Coke drink place from 1988 to 2000. It was such a pleasure to find a place with RC Cola, Grape and Mr. Pibb at the self serve fountain machine. Those days are gone and now we have the corporate guideline mandated Coke, Sprite, Dr. Pepper and what the... sports drinks? We also lost the movable tables and chairs for concrete fixed tables and plastic booths that will not seat a full sized fast food man of 300 pounds. What's next plastic bags instead of paper at the grocery store? I want 1966 back. Anyway, clean store, doesn't smell weird, not...
