Found this little gem through Door Dash yesterday and I was through their door shortly after they opened this morning! The place was incredibly clean and I was warmly welcomed by the young lady behind the counter - who was also most helpful. This is also a family-owned local business, which makes it even MORE appealing in my opinion! Not all bagel flavors were on display yet, so she told me which ones were on their way! Many that I choose were fresh out of the oven and very warm, she packaged them specifically with this in mind and informed me of the reason. She also included a plastic bag for use after the bagels had cooled! I asked if they import their water from NYC (as I've heard the water in NYC is what makes their bagels so unique - and these were as good as any NY bagel I've eaten). A gentleman from the back told me that they use purified water. He obviously knows what he's talking about because he ran down a list of stuff and their levels that's in Phoenix tap water not exactly ideal! I once again expressed my appreciation for the time and effort put into offering such a delicious product and at a very reasonable price! I look forward to trying other varieties in the (near) future! Thank you! John
