Santisi Brothers Pizzeria & Sports Grill — Restaurant in Phoenix

On February 13 my girlfriend and I went to Santisi Bros for our Valentine's Day evening.

I post now because I reached out directly to the restaurant ownership and wasn't even given the courtesy of a response.

When I placed my order, I ordered the chicken parmesan dinner ($18.99), which included 2 sides. When I ordered, I asked to sub red sauce for white sauce...that is exactly how I ordered.

As we waited, my dinner arrived. No sides. When I asked the waitress about my sides, she responded with "are you sure"?.... I was sure. The waitress told me she would adjust the bill, and I was cool with that.

As we were preparing to leave, we received our check. I glanced to see that the bill was adjusted, and I was a little shocked.

My $18.99 meal that I didn't receive all of, was $28. I asked the waitress, and she told me that was correct. How did my $18.99 meal , that was discounted because it wasn't completely delivered, end up being $10 more. Was it the sauce? I was totally expecting an upcharge for changing my sauce, but I didn't think it would be $10. I asked to speak to a manager, because the waitress was not able to answer my questions.

The manager came out explaining that I ordered a completely different meal, and was telling me what I ordered, even though I specifically remember what I ordered. I simply paid the incorrect bill, and left.

I have eaten at Santisi Bros many times. We usually get a table for the big fights, and I am a good customer. However this is what you get at Santisi Bros now…. incompetent servers, rude management and ownership that disregards any communication from...

We've been to Santisi Brothers many times because I think it's one of the best places to catch all the sports games! There are sooooo many TV's! Last Saturday we went for dinner, drinks and to watch some college football! It was a pretty late game so the place wasn't too crowded. We were greeted right away by Shannon. She was very friendly and attentive the whole time she waited on us.

Our beverages came out quick and the food was delicious. Since we wanted a little bit of everything, we put together a sample platter with wings, garlic knots and pulled pork sliders. Everything was really good!

I've usually had some pretty good service here but that night the ball was dropped REALLY bad. Shannon was ending here shift and she asked if we wouldn't mind closing the bill and then the next server will start the next tab. That definitely wasn't a problem so we paid our bill. She said someone would be over in a bit ti check on us. Do you know that not a single waiter or waitress checked on us for 35 mins LATER!!!! We sat there with empty glasses for at least 25 mins! In most cases I would've gotten up to leave but we were there to watch the game. THEN a waitress finally comes by and asked if, "Are you ok?"!! We had 2 empty glasses on the table!! How about you ask, "Can I get you another drink?"!!! By this point I was so ticked, I didn't want a damn thing!! Once the game was over we left! I hope this...

Im not the type to leave reviews or do this kind of thing but people don’t get to be rude & just think it’s okay, this one isn’t based on the food. More so on the service & friendly atmosphere of a worker. I actually came in a couple min ago to pick up a door dash order. I had gone in through the front door not knowing I had to go through the back since it was my first time there.. So me & my brother were looking for help around the bar area.. She sees us & you could already tell she had an attitude as she was walking towards us .. I begin to say I had an order for a certain so & that I didn’t know where to go.. she didn’t let me even finish my sentence when she rudely spoke up & said “get in your car & go around the restaurant” in a rude & angry irritated tone.. she didn’t make eye contact either..she had black curly hair. Was up in a poiny tail.. she’s kinda of short. A little on the middle side. She wasn’t skinny or big.. I tried telling her that it was my first time time there due to her response but she quickly walked away. So I left & did as she instructed.. even before I said anything my brother said how she was really rude.. so I know I wasn’t the only one to notice. It’s really not okay to treat people like that just because ur having a bad day or bcuz your irritated that we came in thru the wrong door...
