Barro's Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

It sucks because their food is good but without fail, Every. Single. Time. Something is wrong with our order. Order pizza with just white sauce the receipt will say no pizza sauce add white sauce. Order a pizza with pizza sauce AND add white sauce, the receipt will say add white sauce, (and nothing about pizza sauce) but you'll get a pizza without the pizza sauce. If you Google white sauce for pizza its literally a white alfredo like sauce, theirs is only oil and garlic. You order thin crust and get the regular crust but it's more like deep dish on the mini pizza. For awhile their online ordering would mess up each time. Each time my bf got something on only half his pizza, my pizza would come with one of his toppings also added on mine, which is always only pepperoni. So mine would come with pepperoni and onions, or pepperoni and bacon, ect. We learned the hard way the email receipt would show the error but you couldn't look up your order on the actual website after paying so to correct my pizza we'd have to pay for a whole new pizza. I started screen shoting the order on the website too show the error. Other times things would still be wrong like he would get well done and i wouldn't, but they wouldn't cook his well done that has normal crust and tons of toppings but cook mine well done which is thin crust and it would be like a crisp Tortilla. Like I said the food is good and we really tried to make it work for 2 years but after this last time we are breaking up...

If it wasn’t for the quality of the food being good it would have easily have been a 1 star review. When we walked in, the restaurant was not very busy inside and we were glad to see tables closed off for social distancing. After we ordered our food, we went to look for a place to sit and I kid you not EVERY SINGLE table was dirty and had trash on it. Every table was filled with old pizza, napkins, cups, and stains. So we had to find the least dirty table to sit at. As we were waiting we noticed another couple go through the same thing we did looking for the least dirty table and they also sat at a dirty table. We finally asked for help on cleaning the table after receiving our food to which we did not get any plates for and we assumed due to covid the pizza spatulas maybe weren’t available ... but I noticed other guests did have them. They gave us a plastic fork to serve our pizza. The ranch lids were full of ranch.. like they dunked the lid in ranch prior to putting the lid on. I definitely would not recommend dining here. Horrible ! Our first & last time here . Went in to eat order was placed at 6:30 … first there was no ice for our drinks had to ask twice if we could please get some ice .. second no plastic forks & when my mother asked for some the lady was super rude and said she wasn’t sure if there was any since she would have to go to the back and check .. so my mom asked if she could go check and she gave her an attitude and told her to take a seat and she would take her some. 3rd like I said order was placed at 6:30 the salads, mozzarella sticks and wings came out about 6:50 but pizza didn’t come out till about 7:30 ! By the time the pizza came the wings where COLD . We had to get up and ask what was taking so long for ONE pizza. Tables all around us where dirty with plates, napkins, cups etc .
