Brother's Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

Recommend not coming here when the high schoolers are on duty. I put an online order in. Received my text confirmation with my order info. 10mins late a follow up text informing me my order will be available later than expected. Went to pick up my order at the new expected time. The people working couldn’t find my order. Even after giving them my name, showing them my order info, receipt that I had paid already with order number. They said sorry, they’ll make my order now and that it would be free... kind of hard to give me a free order I paid for already. 40mins later, I finally get my already paid for order. Got home and I get a phone call from this pizza place. The girl on the phone says: “Hello, this is brothers pizza, We were wondering if you still wanted your order or not, it’s been ready and sitting here for a while now”. I asked her to confirm the location to make sure my order didn’t go to a different store, it didn’t. I told her I was in there already, you guys remade my order since there was nothing found about it. She said, “oh ya hahaha it’s been here, do you want it now? It is cold and gross probably but you can pick it up still if you like”. When I went to respond, she hung up on me. The group of people working were really that clueless on how to do their job. Oh and my paper receipt tucked on the side of my box was the original receipt when I put the order in online, and the sticker receipt was the new order .... All in all, it took a kitchen full of air heads, and 2hours to make one pizza and to throw cheese slices on some garlic bread (their cheesy bread) that still cost me $30. Pizza Hut out does this place by a long shot and their employees are stoned...

I'm writing this review because I want to warn everyone about Sheena Saiti, she is the manager of this store. She also does hair at Avanti Salon. Well I was one of her hair clients and we became friends. About a year or so ago she asked me if I would co sign on a vehicle for her as her only vehicle broke down and was going to cost alot to fix. I agreed to co sign for her because I truly thought that she would do right by me. Well guess what....she didn't! She made the 1st four payments and then nothing after...she didn't notify me at anytime about this. The car went into default and the bank repossessed the vehicle. The bank has since auctioned off the vehicle and now there is a $19,000 balance in collections and she will not take my call nor will she respond to my text messages. She has made no attempt in contacting the bank to resolve this balance. So, because of her bad decisions (gambling and drug addictions), she has once screwed another so called friend over. I recently found out that she has been evicted from her place of residence prior to where she is now and she has been taken to court for eviction for her current residence. The power has been shut off several times at this restaurant and employees have had their paychecks bounce. I wish I had known all of this prior to making the decision to help her out. So just want to give anyone that may come in contact with her or she trys to friend you and asks you to help her financially...here's what you will deal with....Be careful who you trust. Worst experience ever. We wanted to eat in at around 5:30, so I went to the counter to order. I was told to sit down and wait. I asked if I could go to the bar for a beer and again told to sit down and wait. The register girl said she would take our order before we sat down, so I gave her my coupon and said OK. 15 minutes until she came to our table, which was not cleaned off from the last person, but neither were the others. She brought us beers. We waited almost 30 minutes. No pizza. She said she was sorry but they were busy with carryouts and pick ups. We ordered more beers. Another 30 minutes until she brought the pizza. We ordered well done, but this was burned. We had to cut the crust with a fork. Finally we finished all we were going to eat, and had to wait another 15 minutes to get her attention to get a box and check. When she did bring them, she forgot the coupon, so I had to call her back again to fix it. When we were leaving, I gold the manager that this was a very poor experience. She asked "why," and before I could explain, she and another man working there became extremely aggressive, and started yelling at us. I said we would not return, and she said, "Good, we don't want you back!"
