Bullock's Cocktail Lounge — Restaurant in Phoenix

I was a frequent and thought I was valued as a customer and the Buisness I brought there. Unfortunately that’s not the case. I was in there on 02/03 and was disrespected, lied on, and not protected.

I approached security and told them I had a restraining order and paperwork on an individual who had a warrant for they arrest. Omar the security allowed the person to stay in bar. Then a friend of mine got into an altercation and they fought. Not me my friend. Then when it was said and done. As I am drinking my drink. Omar the security walks up to me with cops! He lied and said I hit him and threatened him. Bystanders informed cops he was lying but I left peacefully.

Then after hearing what was said about me by bartenders, security and other staff. I called a person a racist. Which I know he’s not. Just to get their staff to react. And one did. I did apologize for my remark but she proved my point. I will leave recording of how the see African Americans at this bar! They want our money but don’t respect us. Please don’t patronize this establishment! Here is what one of the staff...

The food here is usually great , unfortunately the server tht goes around on the weekends seems to be under the influence or just dumb .. she handed my mother lemons for her water with her bare hands and a wet napkin, she got my wing order completely wrong ( she wasted 44 dollars ) I ordered the chicken cheese crisp as an appetizer and it came out when the wings did , she had her thumb on top of the chicken cheese crisp ... absolutely disgusting , I came back to visit AZ from Florida and this was one place I wanted to eat because they had delicious wings and great customer service when I was here multiple times two years ago ... but that server ruined it ... disgusting ... I know the owner seemed upset with me , but truly it was because of the server ... we should have just left when she handed my mother the lemons the way she did... I still tipped the girl for the simple fact I’m a server myself and that’s what...

I've been a regular at Bullocks for over 30 years. It's my favorite place to sing Karaoke. I enjoy a GREAT STEAK DINNER with all the trimmings on Monday night's. The owner Jim makes your steak perfect the way you order it EVERY TIME. Bartender Heather is my favorite, however I must say all Bartenders make AMAZING drinks to your satisfaction & drinks are reasonably priced. Live entertainment on the weekends. Most of all, I know a lot of people there who keep this bar a regular place to coming to & I am ALWAYS safe there inside this establishment & going to my car. Smoking patio is a gated patio out the back door. Bullocks also has the best fast food kitchen sure to please your palet & reasonably priced as well. Stop in & I'm sure you too will keep coming back as I have for many years & many more to come. THANK...
