The last 4 times I have been into this location have been absolutely awful. Iâve gone in in a variety of times these last few weeks and from 9:30-11 they donât have steak or chipotle chicken. No apologies, no sorry for the inconvenience, they just preface the conversation with we donât have chicken or steak. Which are probably some of their biggest revenue drivers available for their guests. I have to go over to the chipotle off Bell and the 51 and they still have everything that is advertised ready to make my preferred bowl. The last time I was in I was behind a gentlemen that was waiting to order, and he asked what it looked like a shift lead âhello, can I please order with you?â. We were both waiting there for a little under 5 minutes without getting acknowledged. The shift lead proceeded to say âyouâll have to wait and sheâll take care of you in a second.â In a very rude tone to this guy, and was talking about the only person seemingly taken care of guests. I love chipotle but will never go to this location again to get disrespected. Iâve worked many customer service jobs in my life and this is by far the worst service Iâve received repeatedly. If your hours say until 11, donât just cut off your crowd favorites just because you want to get out a little faster. Youâre still running a business.    Read moreI ordered food for my family. Our food was supposed to be ready by 8:10 pm, my husband went to pick up the food about 8:30 giving amble time to prep our order. He arrived & they didnât even start our order, they made an excuse that they were waiting on the carne asada. He didnât get home until about 9 pm with the food & when everyone opened their orders I donât know how but they managed to mess up each of our orders. 3 of the 5 orders had the carne asada which was pretty much nonexistent in each of the menu items. My sons who just like steak, rice & salsa had nothing in his bowl it was sparse to say the least. Then to call the store to try to have them rectify the order is not an option! They make you deal with their automated system until your so irritated that by the time someone gets on the phone you donât want to hear their excuses especially since they arenât in the store & can do absolutely nothing for you. The lady kept saying sorry & all I can do is offer you a buy one get oneâŚ. Why in the world after messing up my order would I want a buy one get one?!?!?!    Read moreSlow and poor service here! This entire place looked to be run by freshmen in high school who were only working because they were forced to get a summer job. They looked like they had no training for customer service. To be honest, I really donât think you need to be trained to smile and greet people when they approach the counter. Same for simple conversation skills; it should be common sense right?
When we approached the counter, we waited what felt like 10 minutes for someone to take our order. Two guys were âbusyâ talking about something unrelated to work. There was no âWeâll be right with youâ or anything. When the guy did come to take our order, he didnât apologize or even welcome us. The female cashier was also super stale. She just stared into oblivion while our group waited for everyoneâs food to be ready.
The food was not bad but the meat was pretty dried out. This place needs an overhaul on training. I didnât see anyone here that even looked close to being a manager and place had waves of people who clearly looked upset that it was taking so long to order.
I get itâs difficult hiring people now a days but you need a leader on site at all times. No one here looked like they cared about their job. I donât plan on coming back to this...
