honestly, not thrilled. i don’t come to crumbl often so i was super excited when i saw this week’s flavors and decided to place an order. i placed the order online and after about 15 minutes I walk in store (not expecting the order to be ready, just letting them know I was there) to which the young man at the counter looked at me like he didn’t know they sold cookies, and turned around to ask his fellow worker a question. the other worker then comes up and asks, after he did, what my name was for the order. I expressed concern because the screen above said they were sold out of 6/8 flavors and I wanted to make sure that wasn’t the case-especially because the app didn’t give any notice about cookies being sold out and took my payment. After three grueling minutes of LITERAL silence and confused looks between coworkers, the girl tells me the cookies are in the oven and should be good to go for my order. I’m just a little peeved. I walked in at 9:05 pm- they close at 10. not 9:15, not 9:30, TEN. the place was almost closed down and no one payed attention when I walked in, as if they were surprised someone came in “so close to closing time???”. i’m sorry, but please do not act so annoyed when a customer comes in well before close. from one gen z’er to the next or whatever it is, have...

The bill came out to around 130.00. I thought ok, a little pricey for what we ordered. We came in from out of town and we had some gift cards and cash ,so as I was getting ready to pay, the girl at the counter said I'm sorry we don't take Visa gift cards. OK... So then I handed her a hundred dollar bill. She says again Im sorry we don't take those either. Well suppose that's all I had. They would have lost out on a nice sale. I myself have been in business for a very long time and the last thing that I ever do is inconvenience any of my customers. So over all experience... zero for customer service 2 for the cookies....

I have ordered in the app ahead of time, in hopes of ensuring my order, but to no avail they have sold out of what I ordered ahead of time. So what’s with having the app and ordering ahead of time? You still sell out and then can’t honor your promise or our order? I’m disheartened by this as I wouldn’t drive the distance to have them sold out of what I already ordered. Maybe you need better customer service? Maybe you need employees who don’t sell what you order? Or maybe, get rid of ordering ahead since you’re not really ordering ahead🤷🏻♀️.
