Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

Called for delivery. Dominos is one of my favorite chains. I am a manager at a different pizza shop that I would prefer, but they are both outside of my delivery zone and closed atm. This Dominos is both open and ~1.5 miles away.

My store has a SMALL delivery zone of 3.5 miles in all 4 directions, w/ a few small exceptions, and that is a relatively SMALL zone.

This store told me that I am outside of their zone, and that a store that is 2.6 miles away is definitely in my zone coverage and to give them a call.

Called them. They told me they were going to call the store I originally called because I should definitely be in said store's zone and was not in their's.

They picked back up and said sorry, try the store that's 3 miles away.

Tried them. Got sent to a robot call center. Gave up cuz no dude, c'mon.

Idk if they're short staffed, or if the person answering the phone doesn't wanna take my money and therefore make himself more, or like what, but they are a literal 5 minute drive from me and I'm "outside their zone". That's just weird at a minimum.

Sorry to complain, I just literally do this for a living and this situation doesn't make sense to me.

Called a Papa John's that is basically the same distance as the first Dominos I called, they will be here with my food in about 25 minutes from now. Dude's getting a good tip too.

This Dominos needs to recoordinate some things if they can't deliver to customers a mile and...

There's only one thing I got to say it about Domino's Pizza my family and I will not touch another Pizza Pizza Hut garbage Little Caesars whatever Papa John's not even close you want to Joy a nice pizza slice you are Domino's 4 carryout 799 3 topping large pizza and you can also have it in the pan Style oh did I mention that they have a 599 carry-out delivery special hardest working people I've seen any pizza place much respectful not only that Domino's have insurance on their pizza so if you're driving home and your pizza gets splattered all over the Box cheese melt all over the place they will replace it for free and if your bride home is Bumpy due to the fact that the road is not good Domino's will take consideration on fixing those roads not only that you can own your own Domino's this franchise this company itself just a name Domino's makes me want to not only order it what makes me want to play the game I ordered a 799 carryout and the service not only here in Glendale Arizona but back where I'm from in Ventura California...

I order pizza from this location all the time. When I forget to take stuff out of the freezer to thaw this place is a great alternative! They are quick, friendly, take ownership when mistakes are made on their end and do what they can to make things right. This location is also the ONLY location that makes the best Alfredo pizzas.. the right amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings. I ordered recently back on August 16th, the manager, Gabby, took my order. I picked it up, it was fresh, hot, and amazing! That lady knows how to make Alfredo pizzas. Gabby, if you are seeing this, I want you to make all my Alfredo pizzas. The staff is always friendly when I pick up my order and when I have my food delivered sometimes. You all are great and amazing people. Your store is the best Dominos! I love you guys! P.s really they do make the best Alfredo pizzas.. every other dominos or pizza place tends to put to much sauce and cheese and stuff isn't evenly spread out. I appreciate everything you guys do for us lazy...
