A must visit! Had an amazing experience here. Misty is absolutely awesome! I saw this sweet looking Dos XX Phoenix Suns El Valle banner outside of her bar. I had to have it! So I walked in and asked the bartender if there was any way I could buy it or if they had an extra one I could buy. He said to ask the owner and she came out right as he said that. Perfect timing! She was super nice and asked where I was from and what I was doing in the area. Long story short, she was happy I appreciated the banner and gifted it to me! I offered her money and she refused to take it. She said if she accepted it then this moment wouldn’t be special. She has a such a great personality and is so friendly. The service here was not impressive. The woman who serves here took 15 minutes to greet us. She cleaned something from the floors with a rag and made a drink without washing her hands an when she finally greeted us, we asked her politely if she could wash her hands before making our drinks. Her response was unprofessional she started questioning us why and what’s going on I advised well I saw you cleaning the floor and I’d like it you washed your hands. She went on to say yea she cleaned the floor with her feet instead of just washing her hands because she’s serving consumables and the rag she used on the floor with her feet she had to pick up from the floor. Following that she did not return to take our orders for another 10 minutes and when she brought our drinks the cups were dirty. This review is so over due. Hanrattys is our absolute favorite water hole!! The atmosphere is welcoming, with plenty of space to mingle, lots of tables both tall and short, 3 pool tables, darts (electronic and regular), board games, big jenga, and touch tunes. The staff are incredible!. They’re friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to make sure we always have fun. The beers are cold, the selection is huge and growing. Liquor also has a big selection and the pours are a-ok! There’s a patio for smoking. The bathrooms are seriously clean. Pink tile and teal stalls, it my girlfriend’s and I’s favorite spot for pics! They have a few menu items to help with your late night drunk cravings, but the attention is on the bar. (Meaning maybe come here before or after dinner). Check this place out.
