It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Phoenix

Mediocre. I should have read reviews, I would have realized this is Chili's providing wings & fries. As it was drove round & round, no signage anywhere, finally drove up to Chili's drive side pickup to get directions, and it was written like a P.S. on the vehicle sign. SMH. So our arrival was late, no one came out for drive side, and I waited some more after going inside for a very long phone order to complete. One person only attending to delivery/pickup I guess. Needless to say fries were soggy. Smoked bone-in wings were a decent size, but charred (not in a good way) and the sauce sparse. Boneless...

I placed my order, arrived at 630, received a text saying my order was ready as I parked. I checked in and waited 10 minutes before I finally walked in to pick up my order.

The curb side cashier was wildly not interested in checking the pickup notifications and admitted I checked in 10 minutes ago. I got a half hearted apology.

I called the store 6 minutes later and the manager was condescending and outrageously rude.

I got home and checked the temp of the wings. They didn’t even register 100°(7 minutes after picking up)

I threw them out and I want my money...

I don’t recommend having it delivered, as with their packaging it gets soggy fairly quickly. Picking it up and opening it a little to let the moisture out is the way to go if you want to take it back home. It tastes great and is a great price coming in at just under $10...
