If you are driving by, and the parking lot is half empty, AND you’re hungry, AND they know you, AND customer service isn’t important to you, give it a shot. Otherwise KEEP DRIVING. This is a neighborhood bar frequented by select locals who are regulars and who give it great reviews. It is unique and convenient for them, but NOT YOU. Its a very small place so it always SEEMS to be in demand. Known for their value-priced specials and wings, they deliver only fair quality. There are many places proximate to them with far better wings. And if you are not part of the clique, you will be treated like trash. They are simply so busy they don’t bother to take care of you. You will wait a long time to be served after you’ve waited even longer to find a spot. If you don’t like it then there is someone else waiting to sit in your seat enamored by the IDEA of the place. This place "ROCKS", from the time you walk thru the door to getting your first drink and food, the service here is impeccable, our bartenders were on top of every request, even following up when you needed something else.
I appreciate this type of service as it needs to be copied everywhere else.
The food, well you can't go wrong with fresh ingredients and preparation, then open kitchen concept shows you what is going on with your order and the cooks are killing it, wings are exceptional (similar to Kitchen56 when they were open 6 years old) grilled to perfection.
Had the chicken Quesadilla w/chicken and the spicy salsa was amazing.... Now you must try this place out and they have excellent Happy Hour specials.
Trust me ,...
Read moreSeriously the best wings I've ever had! The chicken was cooked just right the skin crispy from the grill, not greasy at all. We tried the Buffalo medium heat, Teriyaki and The Works for sauces. Idk what's in The Works but it's really amazing unique flavor! Also the medium buffalo was just the right temp, where it wasn't hot, but just enough heat and very flavorful and didn't taste exactly like normal buffalo, but way better! The Teriyaki was tasty too. Really liked their zucchini fries, they weren't soggy and the breading stayed on, and there's something about their ranch thats just really good than store available stuff.
Overall 10/10 first time experience for food/atmosphere/service. Server was quick and checked on a few times. It feels/looks very much like an old sports bar with cool vintage memorabilia of pictures and sports signs. Bathrooms really nice as well.
Will be back for...
