7 Leaves Cafe — Restaurant in Phoenix

eeeek!! I was a little late to find out that we already have 7 leaves in az, but I'm so glad that we do! I'm really trying to make my way around trying most of their menu but I'd say probably the best drinks so far are their vietnamese coffee (ask for sea cream on top!), assam milk tea, green thai tea, and their summer mint! prices are soooo affordable, at first I thought they just didn't tax in the area but I asked the worker and he said the prices already have tax included in them :0 so everything is really $5 I love how affordable it is considering that drinks nowadays can go up to $10 for just 1 drink.... workers are usually pretty nice and the inside is soooo cute! they have plenty of seating for people to do their work and even though it's in phoenix, they have an actual parking lot, yay!

overall I really like the place and make excuses to go to phoenix more often just for 7 leaves lol BUT I do see how it's not for everyone. they do pre-make most of their drinks I believe, so you can't adjust the sugar levels if you're someone who really likes getting 0% sugar, but they usually do no ice for no charge, which is really nice. I, personally, am okay with forfeiting the option to change my sugar if it means that my drink will be $5 lol and I've seen people really like the japanese matcha soy but when I tried it myself it tasted a lot of just soy milk so I didn't think it was that good... probably the only miss drink for my own tastes, and a lot of their fruit drink options come off as more juice-like tasting than vs if you wanted to have a fruit TEA, but I think their tea has a stronger profile in...

Giving them this low of a rating because of their lack of service and willingness to help a customer out. I placed a delivery order through THEIR online app. I was waiting on my delivery and the on the app it shows the driver being close but never at my location so I attempted to call with the “call driver” option on the app, my call would not go through because it failed to register my number with the order and this has happened before expect the time before they were willing to help me and contacted the driver for me. Today the person who answered my call at 7 leaves when I asked for assistance, they were so unwilling to help, unconcerned and when I asked to talk to the manager for help she replied with “yeah my mama hers right here next to me and she said there’s nothing we can do” so I guess the manager is really leading by example. They said I could get a refund processed but I used my rewards and not only that but it was after I had just submitted a nice feedback review through their app, now this one experience has ruined that for me and I regret giving them such a nice feedback review and hope someone else in higher management sees this and talks to the staff about how to deal with these situations especially considering they mentioned this happened before and I told them they need to improve their process and lines of...

The service at this place was absolutely exceptional, the best I've ever encountered.

Manager Isaac was incredibly kind and helpful. My sister had called earlier to set aside her misplaced power bank, but the staff initially had difficulty locating it due to a change in managers between shifts.

Despite this, the entire staff, including Isaac, went above and beyond to help her find it, even during their busy grand opening.
