I've called to go orders in 3 times and gave them 30 minutes lead time so that i would not have to wait in line (pretty much the purpose of calling an order in) . The 1st (waited 30 more minutes @ the restaurant to get my food) and 2nd time (order was wrong and waited another 15 minutes for it to get fixed). the 3rd time while on the phone I told them about the previous problems and said if everything wasn't right this time I'm contacting corporate and writing a bad review... Sure enough ordered 2 sandwiches one mikes way and one with no onions. They had them ready when I got there and I didn't have time to check them till I got to the break room at work... sure enough they messed both of them up. I like Jersey Mike's probably my favorite sub chain... Not at all stoked about this store
Well I guess it’s my own fault… Made the mistake of ordering again yesterday (right after I wrote the above review) from this store. This time I placed an online order w/a note saying “This will be the last chance for the store to get my order correct…” I got there and was greeted by the general manager who assured me that my order was correct because he made himself and guaranteed that from here on out all my orders will be correct. Well guess what? I ordered banana peppers for my sandwich and got jalapeños. It may seem like a small thing but after four wrong orders in a row I’m DONE! Read moreThis place is frustrating because the food is good but getting the food is a hassle. Somehow someone else's sandwich was put in my bag with my other subs instead of the hot sub I ordered. I was miles away and already arriving late.. the wait had been very long, which by itself doesn't bother me that much. You can't really open and check before you leave because it's pretty messy, especially hot subs. I might've just eaten it but unfortunately it was something I really hate. So I drove miles back to the store. The first person I told didn't do anything or tell anyone so I waited for another person. No one at all apologized that I had to go back out into the heat, drive several extra miles, eat super late and eat by myself as everyone else would be finished when I returned. Actually I was rushed. No one offered to do anything to make it right. I asked for a refund and they did for the one sandwich. I already came here pretty infrequently due to wait times, being given the wrong meat more than once in hot subs, and so so service, and the proximity of Charley's in the mall which is better in all categories, but would still occasionally come back because of good food. I saw they added some new things on the menu I wanted to try but may not be worth the headache at this point. This place is imploding. Maybe eventually the demand will become more manageable as people keep having these experiences and think twice...

I have done this at countless Jersey Mike's throughout the US and this was by far the worst experience. Instead of individually wrapped sandwiches placed neatly in a box and numbered I got giant sandwiches in bags that were barely numbered orthe numbers were scratched out or not legible, making it hard to identify what each sandwich was w/o opening the bags up and physically looking at the sandwich. When you’re feeding a group of 12 that’s very unsanitary and the presentation is awful. I called in to simply express how frustrated I was about the order and was hung up on when I asked for the manager. So I went to the location after my meeting and when I asked for the manager 3 young men working the counter kept working and didn’t say anything so I asked a lil louder and finally the cashier said the shift leader was there. When she comes out and I explained my issue she asked the young man that made the order if he in fact wrapped and boxed them properly and he lied and said yes. Thankfully I had proof and then he changed his tune to, "I don’t remember." Needless to say what started out as wanting a simple apology and acknowledgment turned into give me my money back because this was ridiculous.
