Your # 15 "most of the time" has way too much mayo & I usually asked to see it first and you employees are cordial about that I must say. But when they take it out and I see about 2 to 3 inches of liquid on the bottom ( no exaggeration there ) I forget it so I order # 12 mostly because I do not eat red meat at all. When I want your tuna for the most part I go to your location at Cactus and Tatum and get on the free way which is really out of the way. It's usually " pretty consistent there " but not always either. It's real easy to make but unfortunately your stores can't do that. It's rare but if I do order to get a sandwich delivered why in the world don't you let your stores deliver a large soda ? Today, I did order a delivery and there wasn't a napkin or 2 inside the bag so I called up and asked why and I was told that I didn't ask for one when I placed the order. Are you kidding me ? That's a real joke but he (mgr there ) who was very nice said that's the truth and it's a corporate policy if you don't ask for a napkin they don't put one or 2 in the bag. NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL CORPORATE JUST BEING CHEAP AND HAVING NO COMMON SENSE !!! I ALSO AGREE WITH THE OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT THE SPROUTS NOT BEING AT YOUR STORES HERE AND IF THAT'S THE CASE JUST TAKE THAT OFF YOUR MENU'S. A lot of times even at both of these locations even when it's not busy there and there's nobody sitting down at any of your tables and I see about 4 or 5 of your employees doing nothing but singing to really loud music in your places ( I've seen many a person and people walk out instead of eating there because I hear them saying that ).I have to ask someone to please wipe a table off where I want to sit because it's pretty dirty. You do have some very nice young people working there I must tell you that too. Concerning the matters what I suggested you really have to clean up your act and your restrooms too.. I’ve been to this JJ’s Many times. Today when I walked in, I ordered the new Chicken wrap it was horrible when I brought it home and I live five minutes from there I pulled it out. Everything was covered in oil. It’s not edible. But the bigger issue was The staff that was left there by themselves to take the orders Was a disaster situation He had Around 15 pairs of disposable gloves thrown on the floor, where he works around the food. The food counter was an absolute disaster. There was you couldn’t see the counter. There was all kind of paper It was a mess. You won’t keep employees management if you don’t staff your Business correctly And if you can’t get them staffed, you do the work along with them. I’m not mad about this sandwich I’m just upset that you would put an employee in a situation where they are frustrated and they can’t organize their work because they’re overwhelmed. EAT HERE YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID! A sub shop with low carb options that are REALLY, REALLY GOOD! We're going again tonight, and I can't wait! We went once a couple weeks ago and we were blown away by how GREAT the service was! So many places you go to now have horrible employees. These guys were amazing there were 4 or 5 of them and everyone of them was busy DOING THEIR JOBS the entire time we were there. Our food was awesome! The entire place was clean, and well kept. Our food was so good we ordered the same exact thing that we had just eaten, so we could have it for lunch the next day.
