replying back to the owner on here since I can’t reply back I was at the location MICHOACÁN ALL NATURAL on 75th and Virginia next to bbb fashion and an ice cream shop im sure this is the correct location you need to have a serious talk with who ever you are hiring and THIS makes the Situation even worse. Giving out fake names smh Don’t recommend this place “ destiny “was rude and very unprofessional I arrived at 9pm she refused to attend me and attended another person instead right when they entered the store I spoke up and let her know I had been waiting and i still hadn’t gotten my order taken and she told me since my cousin who was getting attended by another girl I had to order with her MIND you we are both paying separately and not together I still had to wait...

(edited) the lady who attended me, she's approximately 30 years old and only speaks spanish. i didn't get her name but she had a very unfriendly attitude attending me. when i walked in it was empty, she clearly saw me and didn't greet me or ask me what i wanted when i walked in. i had to go up to her and ask if i could get my order…. and when i was ordering she looked annoyed at me. nonetheless, once the order was done i proceeded to thank her before i left and walked out the door and she said absolutely nothing like I was a nuisance. thanks for the terrible service never returning here again. and yes this is the location next to desert financial bank...

Awesome flavors and so many choices!! Everything is handmade in the store with their recipes. Not part of the Michoacána chain so the flavors are a lot better and unique. Very cleanand Owner Rick was very professional and nice. We drive from Laveen to come here. I recommend everything. They have a flavor for everyone. Be ready to choose 2 or 3 since there are so many good ones it’s too hard to...
