My husband and I were out a little late because we had to run some errands. I didn't get a chance to make dinner so I asked my husband if he wanted Pizza. We are in our 60s and I really don't like driving around late at night. So we head on over to Little Caesars to grab a pizza. Their customer service was good everything went smoothly. Until I got home. I open up the pizza box and the pizza is burnt. I don't understand how someone could have let something like that slide and assumed that that was a good pizza, good enough to give to a customer. You'd think that when they were cutting it up they would have realized how hard the crust was. Not to mention how black also. It was like as hard as a rock. I immediately called the manager as soon as I saw the poor quality of the pizza. The night time manager responded by saying it's been busy had a lot of customers and simply apologize and ask me how did I pay credit card cash or whatever. At that moment to me it really didn't matter how I paid I was just really upset because my husband cannot chew on anything hard or he can choke. So the manager said that he would give me a fresh pizza the following day along with a free order of crazy bread. He did apologize though. So since we were hungry and it was late and I didn't feel like cooking I cut the tops off of pizza that wasnt burned an took what was soft and basically just gave my husband what he could, that was salvageable. I've had a problem before with this location. In a previous review I was angry. I hope their service improves because that's the closest Little Caesars to me. Maybe I need to complain to the corporate office. This is an excellent business but it only takes one bad restaurant to cast a bad Shadow on...
Read moreThe newly remodeled Little Caesars Pizza store is a significant improvement, providing a fresh and clean environment that enhances the overall dining experience. The updated interior feels more welcoming and well-maintained, setting a positive tone as soon as you walk in. Additionally, the staff’s friendly and efficient customer service adds to the store’s appeal, making it clear they value their customers and strive to create a pleasant experience.
However, the parking lot remains a major drawback. Despite the interior upgrades, the pothole-riddled parking area detracts from the overall impression of the establishment. Navigating the lot can be frustrating and inconvenient, and it doesn’t reflect the same care and attention seen inside. Addressing this issue would complete the transformation and make visiting the store truly enjoyable. Been a long time customer and just want the best for...
Read moreWent to this location today. Ordered two most besttest pizzas and crazy bread and was told 10 min wait. Ok cool. Sitting there and people come in and out. Finally I’m like what’s taking so long and the girl said it’s still in the oven. Another customer next to me says if your order is taking this long I wonder how long mine is gonna take (because he came after me). They call him because his order is ready. He turns around and says “ I don’t know how I got my order before you “. I said I don’t know. The lady behind the register says that they forgot to put the crazy bread in. So my 10 minutes turned into 45 minutes. Now, most places when they screw up and make a customer wait so long they offer them something as compensation. This place nope. When my order was finally ready it was just here’s your order...
