I wanted to leave no stars because this was the worst place!!! I will never go to this location ever again!!! Worst customer service ever!!! The drive thru lane was backed up and crawling, I only wanted 2 drinks so I decided it would be faster to go inside. Only one other customer in front of me. They got their order and then had to wait to get their drinks. I ordered a large diet coke and large sweet tea then added a $1.00 fry with online coupon. The fry came up, no problems. But I had to tell the kid I had 2 drinks also. He wondered around lost for a couple minutes, then started asking other employees for two dr peppers. Finally he got a cup and started filling my drink. Then was confused by the sweet tea! Pacing back and forth asking others if there was any sweet tea in the back. After a couple minutes another young kid came carrying a huge container of sweet tea to the front drink area. In the mean time the cashier was standing by the counter just watching everything, another girl by the grills was standing watching everyone around her, then slowly took down a plastic container with hamburger patties and started counting them before putting them back up where they were. Everyone was in slow motion and in no hurry to do anything specific! The workers were standing around watching each other like their feet were glued to the floor and they couldn't move! I see why the drive thru was so slow!!! By the time I got my drinks, I took them to the car irritated by the lack of motivation to take initiative inside. We reached in to get a fry and they were nasty! They were now cold! That starchy texture when frys are no longer edible... wow I was totally unable to even bring myself to get back in line to fix it!!! This location ALWAYS gets me fired up!!! I just decided I will never return! I will drive the extra 20 minutes to the location near my home if I want McDonald's! At least my food will be hot and I will have a happy interaction with the staff...within the same 20 minutes I be waiting for this location to get my order ready, only it won't be waiting in the drive thru lane! The location at 3140 w carefree highway is excellent! I always have superior service and the food is hot and fresh! They never get our order wrong, are fast and friendly and the young people working take pride in their work and show real interest in their jobs and customers!!! 7th and Bell, you need to visit and take a lesson in proper...

There is a problem with my order every time I go to this location. But today was the first day they created this problem for me so I thought I’d hop on here and let everyone know to not come here please don’t waste your time. Our family uses the McDonald’s app. It helps us feed our kids, because of the deals on there. We go to McDonald’s every day and we use this app every day for the last couple years now. Being the busy family that we are I always try to avoid this location as much as possible. The drive-through time is outrageous no matter how busy it is go see for yourself and I will be very very surprised if I find out your drive-through time was anything faster than 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Even if you’re the first and only one there. My pregnant fiancé was waiting at home calling me wondering where I was as she does every time I make the mistake of going to this location. We do the same thing every day two happy meals for our two growing boys that love McDonald’s so much. And there is almost always a deal in the app for buy one get one free on happy meals. The person that asked for my money at the window said that they had never seen a deal code that contained letters in and that they “Could not do it.” I very politely told the very nice young gentleman that I do this every day and that the four digit codes always contain a letter. He went and got his manager, and she tried to proceed to tell me the same thing that they could not do it and that she had never seen anything like it. I told her that I’ve been doing this for two years and that this is the first time that they have created this problem for me. I almost had to beg her to attempt to scan the code. They finally just scanned the code to “see if it works” end it worked just like it does every single day and always has for the last two years. The MANAGER then proceeded to very sarcastically thank me and tell me to have a nice day. I will never return to this location and I will make sure that anyone that I care about does not waste their time here this place needs to be shut down anytime you need fast food you’re going to wait close to an hour I will from now on always go out of my way to the location on seventh Street and Thunderbird. The location at seventh Street and Thunderbird is always very fast and they have never given us one issue when it comes to using our McDonald’s app to feed our children. Thank...

The service is horrible. Go there in the morning.... The young cashier lady, the nig one healthy throws the change instead of nicely fit it to your hand. It's like somebody dead at that place. I haven't seen anyone even have a smile. 2 days ago around 10:10 A.M. Mgr. Of herself took the order from me over the drive through. I specifically repeated myself 3 times about this specific items that on the top of a coffee and Mcmuffin I 'd like to order 3 cons of icecream. She said let me check. Yes, we got the icecream she replied. While I approached to pay They said, to park from the east side entrance and they will bring my order out in a few minutes. 6 minutes past... Note for a breakfast order of Mcmuffin and coffee I had to wait 6 min. Finally, the manager herself brought the order out. I checked it and there is no icecream at all. I asked where are the 3 Icecreams cons she replied that I didn't pay for it. And the way she said it was sound sarcastic.... face that I read no,no,no boy....You aren't getting it.... I looked at her and I asked her to look into my eyes and repeat that I didn't order of her 3 icecreams and didn't asked her/mgr 3 times about Icecream specifically. She looked at me, and you can see when person is lying and doesn't even care. What McDonald's start hiring Managers who are pathological liars. No she/mgr. said, you have never ordered it. That was pretty She was lying and she was arrogant. Well, that was an unpleasant surprise. I'd never expect that action from McDonald's. However, I asked myself question is the person who interviews the potential prospect for a job,l do they look at their integrity and honesty ? It was shocking experience with McDonalds N. 7st and E. Bell SW corner. I was served on Feb. 11th. Around 10:00 AM. I rarely put comments and only good ones. You can check me as a customer that I never made any negative rating on any person nor business.
