I'd like to start off by saying that this used to be a great Hallmark for mailing packages until they hired this gentleman named Mike who runs the back mailing office. I hardly ever write bad reviews on a place unless I feel there was a major problem that needed addressing. This Mike person running the back is probably the rudest individual I have ever come across. I had a problem with the pricing of my package. He overcharged me by almost $70! I thought this was way overpriced so I went home and hopped onto the USPS website, plugged in all the dimensions, weight, height, length, etc right from the receipt Mike had given me... It came out to a mere $39 and change!!! That's a huge difference! I went back immediately and I asked to speak to his supervisor and he told me she doesn' t like to be bothered, she wasn't there, she's never there lol ??? So he was basically telling me he could just do what he wanted back there? Tell the customers to get out when he doesn't want to step up and handle the situation.

I'm sorry but this person running the mail counter does not know the prices of packages and is more than likely overcharging customers on a regular basis. I went back there and tried to discuss it with him in a calm manner and he started getting very huffy with me and then told me to leave. COME ON KAREN YOU HAVE MORE BRAINS THAN TO HIRE SOMEONE LIKE THIS!

Very disappointed in this hallmark and will not be returning. I will also have to tell everyone I know not to go here as well. Maybe Mike should go be a Walmart greeter. At least he can't screw anything up in that position.

Wei and Cyndee are exceptional customer service agents at the Post Office, there in Karen's Hallmark store. There's different post offices that I can choose from. There's a couple on my way to work couple, a couple by my house, but I prefer coming to this post office because of Wei and Cyndee. They always provide service with a smile. Humans have different personalities. Some are demanding some not so demanding, so to work with a smile every day on your face is quite challenging. I had a very pleasant experience some months ago that I would like to share. I was in a rush and I had to ship packages that were not quite ready to be shipped. However, Cyndee and Wei worked really hard to help me repackage my packages so that I could get out on time. Was this their responsibility ? Not at all, nonetheless they help me with a smile on their face with such great politeness and professionalism that it left a deep impression. I hope they get recognition for their amazing customer service to the postal system. They really do deserve recognition. They're an excellent addition to Karen's Hallmark store. Reason is that when I go in there just to drop off mail, at times I end up buying something from the Hallmark store... so it's just really good for business. I recommend this Post Office to anybody since Wei and Cyndee are very skillful at dealing with customers from varying backgrounds. Kudos to the postal service and Karen's Hallmark for having such outstanding workers. Thank you...

No body knows what their doing at this post office..I had to send out a letter priority mail,Should be simple right? Not at all infact very difficult! I had a 10 day dead line to send out mail I went in the "new guy" told me what envolope to use told me to fill out the info in certain corners so I did and then he put a label on it charged me $2 and change and said it would be there with in 5-7 days. Next day I check my mail the envelope was send back to me..I went in they told me the label was not put on right as if it was my fault the "new guy" was the one who put the label on..So they said they fixed the label charged me again and said it would be there in 5-7 days..I check my mail again today what do you think was in there hmmm the envolope again..I go in there furious of course and tell me they don't know why it's being sent back to me and they will charge me again to resend it..so they just keep charging me to send my mail back to me..so I walked out with my mail and send it off else where..Keep away from this place they can't send out a simple letter..they...
