I guess I was unreasonable expecting to be able to order at the menu sign in the drive thru lane... After waiting 5 minutes I pulled up to the pay window since there were no cars in front of me, where I was told I could not order at the window, or more specifically "WE cannot take your order here" I was confused by the headset and the cash register in front of her. Perhaps this is a satellite office for NASA and they are absorbed in a shuttle launch or some such life and death activity. So I pulled up to the pick up window and they said you cannot order here. You need to go around and get in line again. So, I huffed and I puffed and decided to shut off my motor and wait until someone with a GED showed up with whom I could address my concern. Apparently, none of the employees possessed such a lofty degree and the lead simpleton appeared at the window and threatened to call the police and have me arrested for trespassing. Odd, I thought, I have been here less time than it typically takes for you to serve me a stale cheeseburger. It never occurred to me to call the police. I decided to wait a bit longer and enjoy the ambience of this fine Scottish restaurant while the head lemming conversed with law enforcement regarding the civil unrest at his drive thru window. In any case, after about 5 minutes of hoping someone inside the building might demonstrate something akin to neural function, I gave up my quest to take my rightful place in society and have my grievance addressed. Ultimately I departed the dreary locale. Alas sans cheeseburger with an empty stomach and a heaviness in my heart. A poignant moment of insignificance in a pointless existence. I guess I am describing a McDonald's employee

I believe I wasted more gas going through this drive-thru that I would have just driving to another McDonald's that was 10 mi away or longer. I've been waiting so long that I had a friend here waiting with me he had to call somebody else up for a ride to go to work. I placed my order as a mobile order ahead of time thinking that this would have been a lot faster doing just that. But the answer to my own question is no it seems like it's taking longer because I have been sitting here in the reserve drive through parking spot now for over 10 minutes. And that doesn't include the 10 to 15 minutes that I spent waiting in the line just to show them the receipt of which they printed out for me at the first window. What the heck McDonald's you guys are normally a lot faster than this get your stuff together!

Order a quarter pounder, for the first time. Had surgery on the 12th and really didn't have much of an appetite, until today. My daughter ordered thru DoorDash and being that I was starving, I went into it, until I noticed that the hamburger was still Raw, I ended up throwing it all up. Called the restaurant and got nothing but, you have to go through DoorDash. I'm sorry, last I remember, DoorDash don't have their drivers, cook the meals.. This is the most disgusting response I ever got, and having to work in the food industry myself I would NEVER, NEVER EVER LET THAT ORDER OUT.. OR ANY ORDER THAT WAS UNDERCOOKED!!!!!!!

I am so beyond over going to this location. Multiple times my husband and I have had missing items. Or items that are cold/old served to us. Yesterday on 9/15/19 he stopped in the drive-thru to get us lunch since I wasn't feeling well. The first thing he noticed was that we were missing our second order of french fries. At first I said it was no big deal, that we could share the box we had. Then we could call about a refund or future replacement for the other fries. But it only got worse as we fished through our bag to eat our food. His burger was dry and very salty tasting. My burger was burnt to the point that when I tried to take a bite, it was like chewing on rubber. And the fries were so old and cold, they had no crunch or flavor to them at all. I rarely call and complain about things. But I couldn't even eat a single bite even with being as hungry as I was. When I called, I spoke with Jared who said he was the manager on duty. I explained that this was at least the third time in a row at that location our food had problems. But this was the first time that I couldn't just ignore how bad it was. I've worked customer service many years. And the excuses he gave are not how you handle problems. He wanted to say he was short handed and it was lunch rush at 3pm. In customer service you don't give excuses to people. You just apologize and correct the mistake in hopes that you keep them returning in the future. He finally said I could come back in and have my meal replaced. By the time I was done on the call, my husband was sick from his burger. So I went to get it all fixed myself. I went inside to make sure I could physically see my food was correct. The drive-thru was empty and the diner only had a homeless person sleeping in a booth when I first walked in. A woman did come in after me and I let her go first since she was placing an order. But we both stood there for 10+ minutes waiting for help. A woman looked at us and called for another employee named Nick repeatedly who never came to help. Finally she took the womans order and then it was my turn. But the girl walked away from me and a manager, who I gathered was Nick and another cashier walked up. But instead of acknowledging me at all, they began swapping out the drawers, which took another 5 to 8 minutes because they were holding a conversation. When the girl had her drawer ready, I explained the issue, that I spoke to Jared and the control number I was given. Which she told me she still needed to go speak to a manager to make sure I had actually called. As if I just made up the manager and number. Even when she finally took care of me and handed me my order, I was again missing fries. I will not return to this location ever again. And will also be contacting corporate about this store. I recommend driving a little further to a better location no matter how...

SIMPLY TERRIBLE.

They're actions and attidude told me that they don't care about customers. They are operating poorly and they like it that way.

I was trying to save money for lunch today so I went over for the first time (at this location) to get some food on my lunch. I was third in line... After about 30mins of waiting the two men in front of me left. Then, being first in line, I waited about another 5 mins for someone to take my order. When the cashier approached, I kindly asked to speak with the manager. She called the manager, the manager made me wait some more. I kindly told the manager that there should always be someone to take orders at the register. No matter how busy it it. (I learned this rule of thumb from my fast food restaurant experience). I also let her know that two customers left from waiting so long. (I don't even know how ling they were there before I walked in). To my surprise, she was smiling as though she was getting a kick out of all this. She also, very rudely asked me, "If she's at the cashier, who is gonna service the other customers?"... I told her that not being at the cashier makes us (myself and the two that left) feel like you don't care about the other customers. I could see that she wasn't looking for any helping job tips so I decided to just let it go. When I realized that she (the manager) is the one cooking the food, I decided that as much as it will hurt my budget I had to go somewhere else. I said goodbye on my way out and hoped them a better day. And they (sounding very happy that I was leaving) told me to have a nice day as well. I couldn't believe this was all happening in real life. It was like a terrible customer service training video... The "what NOT...
