I am so beyond over going to this location. Multiple times my husband and I have had missing items. Or items that are cold/old served to us. Yesterday on 9/15/19 he stopped in the drive-thru to get us lunch since I wasn't feeling well. The first thing he noticed was that we were missing our second order of french fries. At first I said it was no big deal, that we could share the box we had. Then we could call about a refund or future replacement for the other fries. But it only got worse as we fished through our bag to eat our food. His burger was dry and very salty tasting. My burger was burnt to the point that when I tried to take a bite, it was like chewing on rubber. And the fries were so old and cold, they had no crunch or flavor to them at all. I rarely call and complain about things. But I couldn't even eat a single bite even with being as hungry as I was. When I called, I spoke with Jared who said he was the manager on duty. I explained that this was at least the third time in a row at that location our food had problems. But this was the first time that I couldn't just ignore how bad it was. I've worked customer service many years. And the excuses he gave are not how you handle problems. He wanted to say he was short handed and it was lunch rush at 3pm. In customer service you don't give excuses to people. You just apologize and correct the mistake in hopes that you keep them returning in the future. He finally said I could come back in and have my meal replaced. By the time I was done on the call, my husband was sick from his burger. So I went to get it all fixed myself. I went inside to make sure I could physically see my food was correct. The drive-thru was empty and the diner only had a homeless person sleeping in a booth when I first walked in. A woman did come in after me and I let her go first since she was placing an order. But we both stood there for 10+ minutes waiting for help. A woman looked at us and called for another employee named Nick repeatedly who never came to help. Finally she took the womans order and then it was my turn. But the girl walked away from me and a manager, who I gathered was Nick and another cashier walked up. But instead of acknowledging me at all, they began swapping out the drawers, which took another 5 to 8 minutes because they were holding a conversation. When the girl had her drawer ready, I explained the issue, that I spoke to Jared and the control number I was given. Which she told me she still needed to go speak to a manager to make sure I had actually called. As if I just made up the manager and number. Even when she finally took care of me and handed me my order, I was again missing fries. I will not return to this location ever again. And will also be contacting corporate about this store. I recommend driving a little further to a better location no matter how...

They're actions and attidude told me that they don't care about customers. They are operating poorly and they like it that way.
I was trying to save money for lunch today so I went over for the first time (at this location) to get some food on my lunch. I was third in line... After about 30mins of waiting the two men in front of me left. Then, being first in line, I waited about another 5 mins for someone to take my order. When the cashier approached, I kindly asked to speak with the manager. She called the manager, the manager made me wait some more. I kindly told the manager that there should always be someone to take orders at the register. No matter how busy it it. (I learned this rule of thumb from my fast food restaurant experience). I also let her know that two customers left from waiting so long. (I don't even know how ling they were there before I walked in). To my surprise, she was smiling as though she was getting a kick out of all this. She also, very rudely asked me, "If she's at the cashier, who is gonna service the other customers?"... I told her that not being at the cashier makes us (myself and the two that left) feel like you don't care about the other customers. I could see that she wasn't looking for any helping job tips so I decided to just let it go. When I realized that she (the manager) is the one cooking the food, I decided that as much as it will hurt my budget I had to go somewhere else. I said goodbye on my way out and hoped them a better day. And they (sounding very happy that I was leaving) told me to have a nice day as well. I couldn't believe this was all happening in real life. It was like a terrible customer service training video... The "what NOT...
