McDonald's — Restaurant in Phoenix

I'll never eat at McDonald's again because of this place. The drive thru staff is always rude and is always talking in the background when I'm placing a order forcing me to have to repeat my self every damn i order something it's beyond annoying especially when I'm in a hurry. They are never polite it's never "sorry can you respect that sir" it's more like "what you say ? Talk louder". Super unprofessional I don't expect them to treat me like a god when I'm buy fast food but manners would be nice. But that's only the beginning of things. Now we get to the window to pay and they ask "what you order"? So I give a quick rundown 2 10 piece nugget meals both larg unsweetened tea, 2 mcduobles, 2 qrt pounder meals one larg with a small shake and no salt on the fires the other medium with a sprite. I have to replace my order to the girl and she has to add things that the first guy at the radio missed I'm guessing because he was to busy talkIng to his friend in the background laughing. At this point I'm really unhappy I pay my $34.55 and get told go wait upfront my order will take longer I ask for ketchup and BBQ sauce witch I get told will be in the bag I say ok and pull up. About 15 mins later a nice young lady hands me my bag and I say thank you look inside and what do you know there's no sauce I ask again and she runs in and comes back with what I asked for at the window. I get home and start passing out food to my family both mcduobles are not in there I'm missing food I payed for my fries are all cold like they have been sitting out of the lamp for a hr my nuggets are hard as rocks and my little cousins is missing his food along with my baby sister that I paid for. So I got ripped of treated rudely ignored. Never will I ever go to McDonald's this isn't the first time it's gapped at this place they are super rude at night I've been told they are closed when the door says the drive thru is 24/7 it's a horrible place if they act like this I wonder how the kitchen staff acts. Save your money people do not come here you will be disappointed go to Wendy's across the road they are much...

There always busy here and the drive thru is always slow. Expect to wait to get your food. It's so atrociously slow that I had to give it 1 Star.

All the crew does is get paid to stand around. No hustle.

Update 10/7: I went there this past evening at about 10pm to pick up an online order. The dining room was closed so I had to go through the busy drive-thru. At the teller I was told to proceed to the 2nd window to pick up the order.

At the 2nd window they asked me my order number, then they told me to proceed to the 3rd window. I guess the order wasn't ready yet. So I pulled to the 3rd window and waited while car after car behind me received their order and drove off.

After the drive-thru was clear, I reversed back to the second window to ask about my order. When I got to the window the whole crew was just standing around in a group, chatting and joking away.

Then a person noticed and answered the window? I told her that I'm waiting on my order and she asked, which order. They had totally forgot about me.

I then asked if I could speak to the manager. The manager came to the drive-thru window and I asked her what happened to the order. She asked which order. And I told her, the online delivery order. I told her I was told to pull ahead to the 3rd window and wait and they'll bring the food out to me.

She apologized and went to check on the order. She came back a few minutes later with the bag. It appears that the bag had been sitting there in the back at the station, the customer's food getting cold.

I asked for her name and she told me it was Brisa. I asked Brisa what the problem was, and she said miscommunication. I also informed the customer that I was delivering to about the problem with this McDonald's and I apologized to the customer for the service from McDonald's and the wait and forgetfulness ...

Horrible place. Homeless around Everyone that goes through the drive Thor ends up waiting for their food in the front . Your wait will be between 20-40 minutes. So whats the point of a drive through?! Corporate really needs to come around and correct this! I contacted the store manager and it was useless, he dosent care and will give you a stupid excuse of " we can only cook so much food at a time" What's the pint of a drive through right?! I was told to park at #1 only to find the parking s p aces full, they can't even keep track of so many cars made to wait on their food when using the drive through. The girl that brings out the food to your car dosent even know what order belongs to whom, so she just asks around. Wow how horrible. So inconvenient and anyone can touch your food and say it belongs to them.

I had to park at another area as the one I was told to had someone else waiting on their food, I actually had to wait for someone to move, a few minutes later I was able to park in one of those parking lots. So took minutes. They do not control how many drive people are waiting on their food and whom should be parked where.

Anyways. I waited 30 mins on my food when I drove through a drive Through. I should be able to choose if I want to wait or not, so either you post a sign when or before I order or let me know ahead. My time is very valuable. The worst part after waiting so long on fries 2 burgers and 2 kids meals, all my food was so cold. That tells me it was just sitting there while myself and kids are made to wait at a parking lot for 39 minutes.

Fire that managers you have. I also spoke to the supervisor on duty and she dosent care. It actually votgers them that yiu address the issues.
