I got a turkey wrap and shared it with my girlfriend before our 4hr flight followed up by a 3hr drive and we both got food poisoning! As soon as I sat down on the plane I was sweating so bad I had to change clothes afterwards. We had to use a barf bag and had to ask the person on the end to get up 10 times so we could use the bathroom. 6 hours later I’m to nauseous to drive and feel just as terrible. Whoever is in charge of food quality at this Peet’s or whoever is responsible for putting poison on the shelf needs to be called out before another unsuspecting couple has the worst day of their lives. Quick service today for hot tea, cold brew, and a chocolate cholate chip muffin which they heated up in line with the sign that said they would do that. The hot tea is great but the taste of the cold brew was flat. The line is too long and deters from more people lining up. Solution: The cashiers need to be much faster with their questions and demand the next person immediately after the first. Shorten questions as well. Maybe even have the line fill out a digital form and transform the cashiers into baristas and food people. The process for food doesn’t work. The ovens are in the corners of the shop and should be right next to each other and the worker should get the food out of the oven, immediately turn around, stick out their arm and hand food.
