This place definitely requires better management if they want to last, We where told they had run out of fries and we’re going to substitute mozzarella sticks, they substituted mozzarella sticks but we got charged a lesser amount after looking at the receipt we were OK with it since it was a lesser amount but then when we got our order they did not include the mozzarella sticks this place really needs to understand how important it is to be ready not only in the kitchen but also offer better customer service ,the people in the front seem like they don’t want to be there and I could sense the attitude coming from front mainly from ppl who seemed burned out for the day, spent more than $55 bucks for 4 burgers an 8 pc chicken tenders, But this is the part that bothered me when we asked to get a refund back for the mozzarella sticks they gave us the refund without the taxes and when I brought it up to the guys and they seemed like it shouldn’t be a big deal so we got more than the taxes returned, Was looking forward to trying out this place and I did not know I was going to be this disappointed and they’ve only been open for two weeks I hope this can help them get better but they Need to get on the ball if they wanna survive because the way things are going I don’t give this place more than a couple months before they had to close it down it took them longer to build it than what they are going to be in...
Read moreI was very excited for Rally's to open near me as I am from the midwest and very familiar with Rally's I was not only disappointed in the quality of the food but the service was awful. There are no burgers without cheese outside of the small rallyburger so I ordered the cheese champ with no cheese I got a combo and it came to 11! The burger is small and the fries were luke warm. No one greeted me when I placed the order, I just heard how can I help you lol once I get to the window to get my food Yadhira (according to the receipt) was rude. She didn't speak and when I said thank you after she handed me my food she said mmhh. I said you don't say your welcome she said no I say mmhh. The manager Jesus was standing right my her and didn't correct her at all, he didn't apologize for his employees rude behavior he just said I will talk to her, she rolled her eyes. In that very moment I started to give the food back and get my money back if I would have known the quality of the food I definitely would have. For this Rally's to have just opened the employees act as if they already don't want to be there. Yadhira needs training in customer service or a new job

I went to your Phoenix location on Thomas and the manager had me pay at the drive thru and go around to the mobile pickup window to wait for my food. My car window won't roll down and the manager began yelling at me to get off the car and pick up my food at the window. The location is not in a very secure area so I asked to have it brought to me and she said no and closed the window. My solution was to drive around the drive thru again wait behind a car who got their food and pick it up there. Instead of receiving my food i was met with the manager arguing about not getting off my car and that its my fault for my window not roll down. Yet I was asked to drive around after paying. I asked her to just give me my food and she continued to try and argue.
