Rosie's — Restaurant in Phoenix

I actually enjoyed this place more than Richardson’s. As always, Richardson’s is loud, but a great, lively vibe, but it’s hard to enjoy a conversation (yes, I come here specifically for the food but sometimes, I like to have a convo). Luckily, I met a friend here and she insisted it was the same menu as next door—same vibe as Rokerij, as well as same management, (just like Dick’s Hideaway down the street). Pedro, was fabulous and attentive. I enjoyed the bar top, and noticed there really isn’t seating for larger groups and that is actually perfect. It is very dark, but not too bad.

As always, my enchilada plate was absolutely fantastic (as always, be careful with those dishes, as they tend to be extremely hot). The green chile today was spicier than the red but delicious. Love the rice here, too. Will definitely be coming back.

I went there today for the first time not good I waited forever for my food. The servers and the bartenders were all over in one area, just gossiping or whatever they were doing it took me forever to get my food and then when I got my food it was cold.. the staff was very into each other and not the customer that walked through the door. Was at the bar and had a drink and ordered a pizza. Next thing I know while I’m eating I see a baby cockroach walking across the bar. We put a cup over it and told the bartender and he just acted super nonchalant, didn’t apologize or anything....
