Salad and Go — Restaurant in Phoenix

Pick up window closes at 7(?), even though they're open till 9. Had to wait 15 minutes in drive thru that went to the street for an online order that would take 2 seconds to pick up. When my husband went to the window on a different order he was ignored for a solid 5 minutes while the employees were laughing and chatting. On top of it all, our salads are routinely half full of lettuce and just getting smaller. Very often they miss an ingredient, give you almost nothing of one thing, or they gave us a completely wrong salad. Kind of had it with this location and the Bethany Home one. I'll keep my money and make my own from now. After 2 years of this routine it gets quite old, but happy to see everyone else is getting their orders right.

Edit: the avocado I was given is so unripe and hard I can't break it apart with my hands or a fork... do better, so, so, so...

Right off the bat, the staff at Salad & go are always polite and gave me my food and my drinks ASAP. I never have any problems. I wish they accepted tips as I believe in tipping well for good & great service, the salads are always plentiful with lots of ingredients lots of meat cheese is my favorite is the Buffalo chicken ranch I love their Arnold Palmer lemonades their cucumber mint lemonade is my favorite they have some great soups today I got green chili soup I love the potato soup they're Southwestern tortillas and potatoes but their breakfast burritos are so feeling and this is coming from a 400 lb man. Today I went with the chicken salad with balsamic vinegar dressing I forgot what the name of the cell it is but I added a can of Costco chicken breast just to give me all the way through my shift and...

I had here THE WORST Food Store EMPLOYEE that I remember, He was in the headset taking orders Friday Oct 11 6:30 pm 2024 -First I walk to the window, He angry told me only taking order at drive tru, in a horrible way, The blond guy in the headset he was playing with the other guy, a black guy inside. I went to my car and drove No cars where in front of me and after waiting few minutes he finally asked me to take my order, just because line of cars where already behind me, He made fun of me for the fact of making my self drive on my car. Probably he was in drugs, acting weird he almost trow me the salad -Salad, it was upside down all shaked, I can tell was in purpose ,I felt so bad ,humiliated. Can not belive it.
