Update 6/17/21

A bacon, egg, cheese, potato burrito here has now surpassed $10.00 after tax. Excuse me, that’s actually a bacon burrito with $1.82 up-charge to add potatoes, which is just shy of what a 5 lb bag costs. The burrito was egg-heavy and had barely any bacon.

The original review gave this location 5 stars, then I bumped it down to 3, and now it’s a solid 1. Support the locally owned place across the street which uses better quality ingredients, is a fraction of the cost, and is so much more delicious. Goodbye Filibertos, whoever took over management mid-2020 should be fired.

It’s like someone read my comments about how great their hot sauce was, and they decided to do the exact opposite. I’ve been back three times since the original review, and their red hot sauce is the tasteless, watery, dribble you’d expect from any location.

They also seem to have a new POS, which is great for them, but the cost seems to be being passed onto the customer. An up-charge of almost $2.00 to add potatoes to a burrito is ridiculous, and it puts their breakfast burrito in the $9.00 neighborhood.

Such a shame.

Food tasted mediocre at best. Mexican food as authentic as TacoBell. It's more of a quantity over quality thing there, but see thing is that more garbage isn't better garbage. Odd thing was when I got their candy bag thing and it came in what looked like a dispensary bag. Overall not for me, but don't let someone you've never met shape your thoughts on something. My own opinion should NOT stop you from trying out places or things. I suggest, try it out for yourself. Note that the people working are ACTUAL human beings too and let's face it; you're no Gordon Ramsey or Iron Chef Morimoto. Otherwise you'd be cooking your own food and not complaining like a tiddler over having to wait for your food to be cooked. These aren't FAST FOOD restaurants these are ACTUAL restaurants. You want fast food? Go to McDonald's or TacoBell. In the meantime have some patience. Life's WAY too short for you to rush home to watch something or to go to work and complain about something there. Honestly frustrating. I ordered a number 19 burrito w enchilada. I asked to do a bean and cheese burrito with ground beef instead of the burrito it comes with. I’ve ordered this before and it’s never been more than 20$. They tried to charge me 29$ and some change. I said no way. I continued to ask him how it was so expensive and he just said that the cheese was extra and the sauce saying that’s what I ordered. I don’t know how it got to 29$ but it was ridiculous I drove off and said don’t worry about it.

I decided to go to another Filiberto’s the one off camelback and the 17 and I spoke to the young lady there and she said that’s ridiculous and I was able to order correctly and it came up to $20.88. She was very sweet and understanding of what I was asking which I appreciated. I knew something was wrong and instead of trying to understand the guy at the other restaurant just continued to argue with me. I’m glad I went...
