I tried this place after my nail tech recommended it. It’s soooo good! If you want authentic Thai food, this is the place. They have a lunch combo deal which I got. Perfect serving for a solo diner. I ordered Pa Nang Curry with steamed white rice, egg roll, and soup of the day. The curry was delicious and creamy. It has a coconut base, some bell peppers, and a meat of your choice. I tried this dish in another restaurant before and it always tastes good with chicken so I chose chicken. For spice level, I chose 3. If I were to change that, I would have chosen 2. My spice tolerance is high but I forgot I’m in an authentic Asian restaurant 😅 This dish is packed with flavors and I would definitely order it again. Steamed white rice and the soup were perfectly cooked. The eggroll is not at all appetizing. It lacks flavor and you can definitely taste the wrap so it’s either undercooked or the filling just doesn’t do it. I also tried their chicken satay. The peanut dip for the chicken tastes good, but chicken is ordinary, a little bit on the dry side. All in all, I had a great experience here. Service is fast, servers are friendly, lots of parking space. A little sketchy from the outside, but the inside is well maintained with lots of Asian wall decors.

We live nearby and eat Thai E-San at least twice a week lol. And have been for the last year or so. Its special. It’s reliable, delicious, every single menu item slaps. Super authentic. Prices are standard for Thai food but you definitely get good quality here. Lunch specials are awesome Our favorites are: Spicy basil fried rice, Panang curry, drunken noodles, Nam Sod salad, Thai egg rolls But honestly… everything is great. Spice level 3 is a perfect amount of mouth kick My husband and I moved to midtown late 2024. We have always casually picked up takeout from here over the last 8ish years living all around the valley- but now that we live in midtown, we are thrilled to be able to eat this food weekly. Thai E-San has been in our hearts for years. I should have written a thoughtful review a long time ago, but I just want to thank the owners and staff that have given us consistent stellar service over the years! We come here way too much for me to be quiet about it any longer! I am going through a treatment and the only food that sits well in my body is your meals. They are so comforting, healing, and flavorful. It is always stress free ordering online/pick up experience. Thanks for sharing your food with us! Don’t ever change 🤍

Absolutely delicious. This was our first time here and we ordered the pad see ew with fried tofu and pa naeng curry with fried tofu and a side of rice. Everything came out within 15 minutes. Tofu in the pad see ew was PERFECTLY cooked - crispy outside and soft inside. Pad see ew had too much bean sprouts and the sauce was a little salty though. Ordered that in a lvl 3 of spiciness (I thought it was mild. I was wrong.) and it kicked my butt. Still super good. Pa naeng curry was ordered with a lvl 5 spiciness, but I think the noodles ended up being spicier; it was lacking some flavor and tasted more like coconut milk than curry. The woman who waited the tables was VERY sweet and polite; the service overall was amazing. ~$30 including tip for two people. Will definitely come back!

The manager replied to this post saying that we should have told them what spice level we want. When we realized this(after about 15 minutes) , we did tell them that they want it medium spicy. The food we ordered did not come till about 45 minutes of our ordering. Most restaurants also ask what spice level customer wants. So they should have asked us too. They should not just decide for them.

For the on the go order, that was placed later, they did not ask about spice level too and again we asked them to do medium spicy and it came non spicy.

We arrived at the place and placed the order. The food did not come for atleast half an hour. Then we overheard the waitress asking other customers how spicy they want the food. So we told the waitress that you did not ask this to us. She told us that for you, i have asked them to do "non spicy". We told her that we want it medium spicy and if they can bring atleast the salad. She said they were busy and cannot promise. When the food came, we asked one more curry order to go. Again, we were not asked how spicy you want. The food which came had lot of tofu and hardly any vegetables in the curry. Once we started eating, we realized again that they have not asked how spicy you want the food. We told the waitress again that we want it medium spicy. Again it took more than half an hour to bring the food and it was non spicy.

So basically, hardly any vegetables in vegetarian curry, lots of tofu (as it is cheaper than vegetables), slow and...

I was really disappointed with the service I received when I ordered carry out. I ordered pineapple fried rice, which was $16 . I was alarmed at the price and expressed this, the lady at the counter me that it would be a large portion. A friend and I decided to split the meal and let her know that we were intending to do so, I asked if we could have an extra container and she said that wouldn’t be possible because they pay 50 cents per container. I suggested that she give me a cheaper styrofoam container and she considered this, 15 mins later she came up with a paper plate. We waited about 45 mins total for our food and headed back to our meeting. When I opened the bag I saw a tiny container and almost flipped out. Then I began to eat my food and noticed that there were no pineapples. I called them later and told them about what had happened, I argued with the woman who had taken my order for a few minutes on the phone about whether there were pineapples in my order. This was frustrating because I had paid $16 and should have been valued as a customer, not questioned and accused as of lying. Ultimately she let me know that they’d check the cameras and that I could come back in and receive a partial order. I don’t think I’ll be going back in because I’m not even sure she’ll take my word about our conversation, although she has my...

Our office is down the road and we have been wanting to try Thai-E San forever! Well, we finally did today. We were seated immediately and the service was fast and friendly. The food was delicious and a great price. Then came a piece of watermelon for dessert. Well, my co-worker does not like watermelon and it was not ripe enough for me so we pushed it to the side of the table. The plates probably sat at our table for about 5 minutes when one of the waiters came by and asked if we were going to eat the watermelon. We said no so he picked the plates up and walked away. The problem with this is he walked right up to the cooler that is visible from the seating and stuck both those plates of watermelon right back into it! Then, while we are still sitting there in disbelief, he takes the same two pieces of watermelon that sat on our table back out of the cooler and served it to a table that was one down from us...DISGUSTING!!! If they do that with the watermelon then what are they doing with everything else that is not eaten or finished? Think about it?! It took all my restraint not to blow up that situation right in the middle of the restaurant and, actually, I really regret not blowing it up knowing that a lady was eating my piece of watermelon as I left. I am sure she would not have been happy. WILL NEVER...
