Ok, so this was a big surprise. Super Mac was parked outside my cousin's condo serving a group of people. My best description of the pasta is an elevated mac and cheese. They had a number of pasta that had obvious Italian roots and even some that had southwestern ties. I was halfway through the plate of food before I got that the dishes were named after one of my favorite video games as a kid!!! Great food, I give you guys the high score!!!
