This is the location that I have been going to for years since the original one closed in my neighborhood. I have to admit today was the worst service I have ever had! I went in with my app to get my free Whataburger Junior. The young man at the counter was so kind and help me with it. He said they would call out my name. I got the confirmation that it would be ready in 3 to 5 minutes. When I was there, it was empty. After about five minutes Iād start looking around and after a couple of more minutes I get up and to make a long story short they had put out my takeout order when I had stayed I was eating, and when I filled out the app they had put it in a little compartment when she gave it to me I went and I sat down, and I was even more disgusted. It was not the way I requested it to be made with the condiments. I found this new manage to be very rude and not caring. I said this is unacceptable. She goes we make mistakes itās busy. I said when I walked in it was completely empty until 10 minutes later I said thereās no excuse when I filled out the app correctly on what I wanted and did not want. I sure do miss the other managers. Iām waiting for the new location on 37th St. and Thomas in Phoenix Arizona to open up, because I doubt I will ever come back to this location! What a way to celebrate my birthday hamburger. I do not like mustard and I always request no mustard, extra mayo while they gave me extra mustard. Burger was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe went to get food today at the Mcdonell location, we ordered a #1 sandwitch only, a #6 combo with a vanilla shake, our food got served but the shake was missing, we inspected the food to see which one is which, and sure enough, the sandwitch for #6 was not made, instead both are the same sandwitches. We told the server that we did not get the right order, he told us that the shake machine is not working right, and we also told him that we will just go ahead and eat the sandwitch because we were hungry, we did not want to wait for another burger although my husband was craving for the burger with avocado. When we went to get reimburse, we were hoping to get compensated or at least discounted for the trouble, for food that we ordered for our kids, instead Amanda said that she's just a supervisor. Last time I checked, who ever is in charged is able to make the decision for what is best for the customer. We got reimbursed for the shake, but no discount for the food items we ordered. Really bad customer service from the supervisor, she did not see the value of how customer should be treated, she did not recognize the trouble and mistake that your establisjment made, I know it is just a burger, but customer service in your industry should be taken a little more seriously. Other places like Carl's Jr have better customer service. We Are still going to patronize whataburger, but not in this...

Just had a one request Maybe you can give them now free fry or a drink or something during the Christmas holiday or Thanksgiving or something special I'm not saying you got to give area bum one but when there's a lot of people around or especially when you're a lot of business people around I try not to let everybody see what you're doing I would just say hear there's a sandwich on me I just need you to leave here's a drink I need just need you to leave something like that that's what I would have done as my management and...
