This location is the worst Starbucks ever. I have been living in the immediate area for 2 years and due to "convenience" I continued to patron the place for the entirety of the two years. Every time they screwed up an order I simply said, I've been there I worked fast food before, stuff happens and let them slide. Every time I sat in line for 20 mins in the drive through, I made excuses for them about the place simply being busy. However, I am completely DONE with this location. I used to go there around 5 times a week in the morning before work. I came across a week that despite allotting 30 mins, because of a 35 min drive through experience I was late to work. They got my order wrong each day of an entire week. Everyone else I know has had similar issues. This can only be attributed to complete apathy on the part of the employees or horrible management. I came across this "google +" review thing in my quick search to find a Starbucks that is NOT this one. I am more than happy to drive 10-20 mins out of my way to go to a different one because in reality, it will take me less time and the waste of gas is worth it to avoid the annoyance and frustration of going to this location.
This is an addition to the original post 4 years ago (see above).
I still live in the area and have avoided this starbucks as much as I can. However, over the Christmas holidays / new years we opted to go there in the morning for coffee. They still have not changed their tune at all. While the orders written on the cups were "correct" they were horribly incorrectly made. I have lost hundreds of dollars to this ridiculous place due to coffee drinks I have had to pour out that were disgusting. Now I am not a picky guy and I do frequent star bucks all the time. Just not this one.
So do not waste your time. Avoid like the plague. Save your money. Drive 10 minutes further to a different one who actually trains...
Read moreHave only visited/ordered from this location 3 times and ALL 3 times my order has been incorrect. The customer is horrible. They do not greet nor thank the customers, as far as I've seen anyway. The first time I ordered only a tea by mobile order, and walked in expecting it to be ready. I stood around for about 10 minutes before I realized that my drink was finally ready but was sitting on a back counter with no one making any attempt to call out the order or ask if I had one already, mind you, I was the only person waiting for a drink at the moment while two employees were playing around behind the counter. I definitely will be finding a different location to frequent. It's sad because I just moved office locations and of course "moving" Starbucks locations comes with it. Definitely miss my old regular Starbucks and baristas!!
Update: tried this location ONE more time since I was grabbing lunch right next to it, BAD IDEA!! The cashier was so unfriendly. When I paid and waited to confirm that my phone scanned in just fine, I stood there waiting for him to say, "ok thank you." Or something of that sort, he just stood there a stared at me blankly. I asked, "am I good?" And he said "yeah." And that was it!! Ugh the customer service is HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! Then my drink was messed up ONCE AGAIN (a simple green tea no ice) and all they said was "J-K"! NEVER EVER go here if you can avoid it! Pick the next nearest one, you'll be so much happier spending your $5 on a drink if you...
Read moreThis is by far the worst Starbucks location I have ever been to. The only reason I continue to go back to this location is because I work in the area and there are no other Starbucks near.
That said, more so than not, the drinks are not made properly. I end up throwing my $5 or more drink away with more than half left, half of the time. if there are more than two people in line you can expect to wait 10 minutes or more. The most recent issue, I went two days in a row for a food item. The drive thru is set up so that once you are in line you must stay in line until you get to the window.
So after waiting in line for 5 minutes, ordering my item that they did not have, and now I have to wait in line for 5 or more minutes and leave with nothing, I express my frustration to the lady on the headphones. She apologizes and offers me water. Really, water? I had to ask if she was trying to be funny. First of all, NO, I did not drive all the hell the way to Starbucks for a water. 2nd of all, i just got done telling you i have come up here two days in a row and left with nothing. Additionally, today, I chose to go thorough the drive through so now I have to wait in line for 15 minutes for no reason and you offer me a water for my trouble?
Just a piece of advice. In a situation like that, if you are going to offer a cup of water, do everyone a favor and don't offer anything. It seems rude, disrespectful, and like an uneducated response to a...
