The worst Chick-fil-A experience EVER! Came to have lunch today, and wanted to dine in. Confusing order as they put lemonade in the basin marked for diet-lemonade. As I turned to the dining room I asked “is it open?” No, but it will be tomorrow; you can eat outside — in the AZ heat that topped 115F. So outside I went thinking there would be shade and misters to keep things cool. Only problem, everything was locked up. Chairs and tables were cabled and locked, and the parasols were down. I took everything back in and got my money back. As I think about this entire visit not once was I properly greeted, or thanked. I will not return to eat here. They’re a disservice to the other Chick-fil-A’s that work hard and deliver quality customer service.

Hello,
What would you wish to talk about? I doubt I’ll ever return after my experience. If people don’t possess the common sense and intellect, and good manners, why even beg for reason to prevail? It was a hot day; the dining room was closed; and the tables and chairs were locked up outside — all this after being told I could sit outside. That’s not just sad. That’s pathetic. And no apology. That’s just rude.
Sincerely, Chris A.
P.S. If someone said “sorry,” it was only an empty word. It speaks volumes to hear an apology, and see an honest attempt to rectify what went wrong. Yes/No?

Thank you for your response. I don’t need any coupons. Your apology is enough with your understanding of how I felt. It really surprised me to experience what I had. I’ve never ever had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A. CFA’s and QT’s to me are the best in service. I wish you the best in getting your business’ team up to standards with other...
Read moreWhen I got into the drive thru the employees were behind which I totally understand. But then they were all just grouped up talking for 10 minutes and had their backs to all of the customers. No one took my order for 20 minutes. Once they did it was after the two lanes merged. Cassandra took my order. She was rude and kept cutting me off. When I got to the window they didn’t have my order ready. Which of course they didn’t because my order was taken so late. They threw some things in a bag and sent me on my way. I looked in one of the bags and they missed my fries. I parked. Got out of my car. Walked up to the window. And the girl asked what I needed. I told her I didn’t get my fries. She asked for my name and then gave me my fries. I was very frustrated with the whole situation that took over 50 minutes in the drive thru. I finally got home and the salad I ordered was all wrong. It had tickets for another salad. The salad I got had eggs on it. Which I have an allergy to. So I spent $10 on a salad that I cannot even eat. I ordered the Cobb salad with no eggs. I received a Cobb salad with the hot grilled fillet with no roasted corn and beans. The Monterey Jack cheddar cheese blend and crumbled bacon. A completely different salad. I am disappointed with the service from every step of the way. I have worked in the service industry for years and so I am very understanding when it comes to certain things and I have never written a bad review. But this experience may have turned me off from...
Read moreWhen David said in his review he should have just have just eaten a bowl of air, or when the other customer said that 95% of Chick-fil-A employees are good, and the other 5% get sent to this location I finally understand. They need to re-staff this chicken coop. If it's not the quality of food, it's the long wait, or the staff with bad attitudes who show you it's not their pleasure to serve you. I ordered delivery, and waited almost 2 hours for food that was cold!!!!!! The fries were soggy, and the bag wet!!! So I had to drive to the restaurants after waiting almost 2 hours for food just for a manager to tell me they cannot remake my nuggets or put the reward back, because management sent a birthday email to everyone insread of just those with birthdays WHEN SOME OF US ACTUALLY HAVE BIRTHDAYS COMING UP. And for the manager working telling me that we're free anyways. So what?? My mac and cheese that I redeemed for 600 points were free too due to me spending large amounts of money at this restaurant. The rest of the order I paid for. And for a manager to discuss people complaining up front with other employees and in the customers face is unprofessional. And then to deny someone a refund because you already stated remaking mac and cheese and brownies but no nuggets. This location's service has become sickening at this point, and it makes me want to drive out of my way to a further location with...
