I have had the worst customer service experience from this company. I placed an online order for two subs and a macaroni salad, we received potato salad instead. Both sandwiches were very poorly made and the bread was clearly old. I did not get a chance to even eat mine because it was so unappetizing. My husband got through a small portion of his and we did not touch the potato salad at all. I have called three times at this point to simply get a refund or a remake of the sandwiches. I have all of the products to return. The young boy " Leo " that I have spoken two twice now is very rude and feels entitled to do so but he is not willing to provide the proper customer service experience. He told me because it has been 24 hours there is nothing he can do to help us. It still hasn't even been 24 hours. The sandwiches were picked up after 5 pm. I keep asking for a manager and have been told they don't have one available. I am very upset because for one we spent our money here expecting a quality meal like we normally receive when visiting port of subs. I have still been unable to have this properly handled. I am 10 plus years experienced in customer service and running a small business and I would never allow a customer to have this impression...

I ordered ahead. I came 10 min after order was supposed to be ready and although the restaurant was empty, my sandwich wasn't ready. The girl told my son she was waiting on pickles. After seeing her handle a big slab of ham, my son asked her to change gloves before handling my food. She replied "I'm just touching the pickles". He explained that I don't eat pork and don't want it to touch my food. She got upset about the inconvenience of the request.
