Jamba — Restaurant in Phoenix

I like to spread the word, when a business goes above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. And I so glad I didn't allow my last experience with Jamba, deter me from patronizing a different location. From the moment I walked into the door, I was greated with smiles and a "Welcome to Jamba" from everyone working behind the counter. I asked for a second to once over the new menu and began to notice there were a fair amount to guests at the tables. I ended up ordering a Medium Pomegranate Paradise (an old favorite). I sat down and waited for my order and began to scope out the store. I noticed there were 10 peope seated at tables, all enjoying Jambas laughing and smiling which made me think there was a very pleasant environment and atmosphere created. I then noticed the cleanliness, from the glass front doors to the tables around me and the floor. I received my Jamba, that the cashier personally walked to my table to deliver it and said , "there was a bit more in the blender when i was done so i just filled up your cup and I hope you enjoy it" I said thank you and enjoy the rest of your day. It may seem like a regular, non eventful visit, but for me, my take away was, the Jamba was fantastic, I felt that despite it not being on a normal route i take, I would no doubt be back, and more importantly, it renewed my faith in the Brand. Great quality drinks that are ridiculously over priced. If you have money to burn or want to make a statement to everyone that you can afford to spend $7 for a cup of frozen juice, then this is your place. I cannot fault the flavor or the top quality ingredients, but I can fault the corporate mentality of places like this and others (cough Starbucks cough that has decided that a 1000% markup is an acceptable way to do business (each drink entails about 70 cents worth of ingredients and labor, plus ice).

The staff is as friendly as a cardboard box but do their job and I guess that is all one can expect of them. Don't go here expecting anything more than an overpaid order taker.

Flavor-wise: top notch. As I have said, I can't fault the product itself aside from price. If you consider juice or protein powder to be a culinary delight...this...

I told the manager at this location about the horrible experience I had at Bethany Home Road location. She apologized and took it very serious and told me she was going to run it up. If you’d like to see this experience you can go to that locations and look at my review. This location is still is a very clean place the women are very nice here and they took it very serious when I told him what had just happened. They don’t know why that store has been closing early or for the day lately but either way they agreed on me having to drive an extra 5 miles out of my way my meal or something should definitely be comped and I totally agree. The lady I spoke to has been with Jamba juice for 2+ years she should definitely be a general manager she knows how to treat customers and really that’s all that matters now...
