I am a regular at this location. Normally, I have a great experience for what it is, but today was not it. I placed a mobile order as usual and headed to the restaurant to pick up my meal. When I arrived and gave the young man on the speaker my name. He asked what time I placed my order (which was about 10-15 minutes before my arrival) and asked me to come to the window. When I arrived at the window, a manager took his place and asked if I placed my order at the correct location because they did not have it. I showed her both email receipt order confirmation and my Taco Bell tracker in the app, both displaying a correct location and a paid for order. She proceeded to tell me that she did not have my order and I could not receive my food. I told her I have the proof of the order location, date, time, etc, being correct, and you already have my money. Therefore, it is not right to refuse to give me what I paid for. So I asked for my money back, which she refused. She was persistent, but so was I. Right is right, and wrong is wrong. Our unprofessional encounter lasted almost 8 minutes before she had the audacity to ask me to reverse my vehicle and pull up again because her order timer was over 7 minutes. It could have been less than 2 minutes had she handled the situation like a professional. I ended up getting my food, and the young man that initially greeted me apologized for the situation but NOT the manager. She definitely needs to undergo training again or find a different field because customer service is...
Read moreMe and my fiance ordered 30$ worth of food, 15$ each. She went to the bathroom while I waited at a table.
An employee named Alan called me to the counter for my food and the interaction went as followed.
Alan: did you mean to order for takeout?
Me: No I ordered for dine in.
Alan: oh. It's just that, it's alot of food for one person.
Me: what's that supposed to mean?
Alan: nevermind. (Walks away)
I asked for his name from another employee. The employee told him I asked for his name and he came up to me and said sorry. But my issue is that he even opened him mouth to begin with. You don't ever ask a person if all the food was for them because it was alot. I don't care if a 300 or 400 pound walked in and you felt the need to ask. I don't care if a skinny person or a average person walked in and ordered. You don't ask any customer that question. You hand them the food and be quiet unless your saying have a nice day.

Read moreI won't comment on the food, because it's Taco Bell. You know what the quality is, it's not going to be as good as the authentic Mexican place down the street (Los Taquitos) but it's cheap and comforting and easy.
The thing that earns 5 damn stars from me, is the service. I don't know WHAT the 1/2 star reviews had happen but as long as I've been coming here (since I moved to Tukee in 2013) I have had nothing but incredibly polite, cheerful, accurate service. The employees are never grumpy or short with me as some other drive-thru service can be, and since the turnover rate is probably what you'd expect from fast food, I can promise that it isn't a matter of a handful of good employees that I've been lucky to get. This is a sign of great management.
I obviously have lots of choices when it comes to Taco Bell locations in this area, and even more for fast food in general, but I pick this place over others because when I've had a hard day at work and just want something warm and easy to eat, I can come through here and leave feeling...
