This is a smaller store, but they have high standards, so I always visit when I am in the area. The staff are cheerful and friendly and smiling and really seem to enjoy being there, which speaks volumes to me about the business as a whole. They do always have a buyer available, so bring your gently used items with you! They will buy all types of kid and baby related items like cribs, bassinet, toys, clothes, shoes, and even furniture; or you can choose to spend your earnings in the store and they give a bit more than they payout in cash. Unlike other locations, you do NOT have to sign a waiver saying that you will accept whatever offer they present you with (yes, other locations do that!) They are very clear about what items are included in the offer, and you can choose to decline if its not what you expected. (Don't expect to get what you paid for it, even if its brand new and has tags - its a second-hand store and the rest of want to still pay second-hand prices) 🌟 Of course, the inventory is always changing, but if selection is low you can bet its because quality is higher. Name brands like Nike, Champion, Adidas, Nautica, etc are priced based on the item and not the novelty, which I appreciate. And on Friday's they give you a in-store discount for being a grandparent! I used to be a little apprehensive about bringing items to trade, even though I'm meticulous about checking for stains, so I love that they check you in, give you a receipt - you drop off your basket, and they even send you a text when the offer is ready (they do limit you to one bag/basket, but lay the clothes down nicely in one layer instead of folding them - you'll fit more in if you need the room and they are less likely to look wrinkled by the time they get to them). 💰 Sign up for texts and you get VIP notices about sales and extra coupons. Very disappointed in the way that business was done with me. I dropped off 3 bags of clothes at this kid to kid location based off good reviews from a friend who shops at another location. All three bags contained name brands like: carter, gerber gymboree etc. There were many sets and unused brand new outfits that emy daughter had never worn. I was told to leave items there and they would look through the items and call me with an offer in a few days. The very next day I get an offer for 2$ cash for the entire e bags worth of clothes that i dropped off which I did not accept because I would end up spending more on gas as I live 8 milee from the location. When I asked if I could take her stuff back because i would rather keep it and give it to a family member or sell elsewhere they claimed that all the items had already been sold. Despite the fact that, I dropped the clothes off an hour befor closing the day before and it is only early afternoon. Even if it were true that all the clothes I dropped off the day before got sold it was obviously worth more than the 1$ cash they offered me since it apparently sold this fast. I am never bringing my business back and making sure to let all my friends and family to avoid the place as well. If I had the option to rate the place 1 star I would.

Also I was reading some of the other review responses about not being obligated to sell but i was obligated to sell. They practically stole my clothes and will make free money selling each item for about 3$ a piece with about 40 items in the bag that's about 120$ they make while I lose money as the costumer driving out of my way to their locations and being met in such a horrid manner.

I have never been spoken to so rude from someone who is supposed to be working in customer service. I am an extremely clean and organized person and I came in about 15 mins until closing ( yes I know it's a bit close to closing but nowhere on any of their doors or websites does it say we will not purchase anything after a certain time ) so I came in the door and before I am fully in the store this little girl with short brown hair and glasses ( name unknown ) stops me by saying very boldly to me they they will not do a buy right now and turned me away. This is probably the nicest and neatest they will ever receive any used property. Everything is organized by size into vacuum sealed bags and alot of it is brand new still in box or with tag on it. I worked hard to make it easy for them to do their job and just to be so rudely turned away like that? I'm sorry but I was raised to be polite ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU WORK IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR STUFF TO ANY OTHER KID STORE BUT HERE. This isn't the first time I have received rude service and I don't appreciate leaving stores I am trying to work with and keep in business by bringing my great quality merchandise, feeling like I was just insulted.
