The park is expansive with two large sections, offering numerous facilities such as tennis courts, baseball fields, basketball courts, and other areas I didn't explore. Additionally, there are two sizable playgrounds for children, one catering to 2-5-year-olds and the other for those aged five and above. Adjacent to them, a commemorative plaque tells the touching story of the donors behind the playgrounds, honoring their generosity. The entire area is well-maintained, though there is some litter present, and occasionally, you may encounter homeless individuals in the corners. However, the frequent presence of police nearby creates a sense of security. Towards the west, the park seems to extend with a green area and a parking lot. The main parking lot features two large bins, one for recyclables and the other for non-recyclable waste.

First time here, wasnt to bad but I do feel as if the photos here on google map made it look WAY different, and much nicer then what I saw. Not saying its horrible just saying the photos posted make it seem like a 5 star and that was not my expirience what so ever, I didnt even see the splash pad let alone see any water. Unfortunately people leave their trash all over the ground, the table I was at looked like a small car was dropped on it, sharp metal pieces, beer bottles on ground wrapped in plastic and brown bag. There are restrooms witch are pretty UNCOMMON at parks now adays, But was somewhere for my snakes to get out and stretch.

We came here last Summer, 2017, and the splash pad was in decent condition. We went today May 31st 2018 and the area was unkept. The weeds are growing out of control, trash every where, the grass super long and four water spouts are not working at all. Which leads me to believe they don't upkeep or check this spalsh pad before they open for the year. I have provided pictures to show. It's ashame they let this area go. It's so convenient for the Ahwatukee area. As it's the only splash pad super close to us without driving to Tempe or Chandler. I hope they fix this soon. It was a great free activity to do in the early mornings!

We recently went through a remodel and I have a big swing on my patio and I told the manager I needed help with my swing to move it because my roommate is disabled and only has use of one arm they led me to believe that they would help no one called back to let me know it would not happen then I called and talked to Corina and she told me my swing was to big and had no business being there since I have lived here since 2008 with no problem I thought her comment was inappropriate anyway they did not help at all my swing was taken apart by the painter's and still sits that way the staff told me to bad to sad my thing is if they could not help or did not want to they should have called to tell me not leave me hanging I might have found another way if you move here just know the staff...

Love this park for all its wide spaces also a great place to catch local sports. This park has plenty of parking space a baseball diamond lots of grassy wonderful places to picnic, a large play area toward the back of the property, and even a children's aquatic play area filled with fountains that come up from the ground to keep cool during the summer. maintenance is top-notch they keep the place nice and clean and the grass and surrounding vegetation is well kept up. Only complaint is the high transient traffic and the litter and drug use I've witnessed, but like everywhere else you just got to be aware of your surroundings it's still a great place to visit I...
