NOT ALL IS AS IT LOOKS BUT THE DAMN DOG DON'T CARE ONE BIT & IS SLEEPING SOUNDLY !!! In Phoenix from out of town & this little place was close by, with a decent menu from what I could see from online. I called in an order to go (pork verde chimichanga with rice & beans) from my motel room & upon walking in found it cute, quaint & clean. All kinds of south of the border candies on counter end to purchase, my daughter would love this. Thought it a nice touch. Price was reasonable for the dinner & they had a small salad bar set up with chimichurri, salsa, carrots, cabbage & radishes. Another very nice touch. I peeked at my chimi when I got back to my room, very good sized dinner. Nice touches to my meal; cheese on my beans, carrots & other veggies in my rice, chimi had guacamole, crema cheese & shredded lettuce. It looked delicious!!! The beans were tasteless, rice was ok (my dog finished the rice), the chimichanga was very very greasy inside when I cut into it and after two bites I found out why. My second bite was of a piece of pork fat in a one inch by one inch cube. Ok, thats understandable pork is fatty & we have all missed a few things on occasion in the kitchen. I stopped eating at less then half my chimichanga and had at least 7-9 pieces of pork fat on the side on my plate. They were not all 1 inch by 1 inch but in my opinion, very easily seen by myself before taking a bite so why were they in my food? It is now 3am, my stomach is not feeling good. Not tainted food but I do not eat fat or oil like this and sure many others are with me on this. I am really hoping all this pork fat & grease was an oversight or possibly a new hire that did not know better. 70.00 for a room I am not able to sleep in due to stomach issues from this pork, 13.00 for a dinner I could not eat (my dog was delighted with this), 7.00 for pepto bismol at convenience store, I am out at the very least 90.00 from this pork & the only one...

I came here, ONLY because as a cross-country truck driver, this place, was the only restaurant, within walking-distance from where I used to park my truck [to nap] before taking my loads to Los Angeles - otherwise, there is absolutely NO WAY IN HELL that I would ever eat here; PERIOD, POINT-BLANK! If the nearby truckstops were not always so full [or] had any parking available, then I would avoid this dump. Cashier's are RUDE, to the extreme! They charged different prices, on my different visits, and they won't even give their customers sides like jalapeno, avocado, no tortillas. The food is TERRIBLE! Everything here, tastes like GMO food - Children, BEWARE! Yes, even the Jamaica [habiscus] drink is FAKE! This trash restaurant is also very expensive. Federico's, is also trash food, but it's still better than Tacos Mi Ranchito. Just save your money, and GO TO...
Read moreTheir tacos are mid they're all right. But I had the misfortune of I'm going to the concert last night and eating there, and then leaving my car there, walking over to the concert and guess what they did. They had it towed, which is okay. I understand I parked in the wrong spot. My bad, I own it, but these people have a deal with the tow tuck company they overcharged us and a whole bunch of orher ppl. These people are going and getting half of the money, the tow truck charges. Just so you I know I did wrong, I should not have left my car there but they're they're doing wrong too. There must have been about 10 people in line. When I wanna go pick up my car, so I'm gonna tow truck people. They charged me $300 to release my vehicle, and you know it's a scam because they didn't even ask for my registration, you guys me and some of those other people talked. There will be trouble coming...
