Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Tolleson

I've been coming to this dutch for a while but I have noticed something and that is that their service has been getting worse from the start of the year to last night where I experienced one of the WORST service ever! I always get off my car to order on foot. The young lady at the window working around 8pm on April 8th took my order and all but we waited, and I say we because there was already about 5 groups waiting for about 10mins once they took my order. Another huge group orders behind us and tell me why is it they they left in 5mins?! We waited another 25 minutes and nothing. Another group orders, and the young lady is there chatting with them when there was a ton of drinks waiting aside her to be served. Next thing you know, this group leaves in 5mins as well with their drinks. Now it's been 45 minutes and lost my patience, and the other people ahead of me were there for 1 hour already waiting for a drink!!!! That's ridiculous!!!!! Once we told them something, it was barely being made like seriously?! We were all compensated with free drinks for next time, but I don't think it was enough, I waited a damn hour almost when the drinks could've been made...

I have been coming to the new location and I've tried to be patient because it's a new location with new people but this dutch bros is not like the Uptown location on 7st. The staff at the tolleson location are not chatty or welcoming and don't start a conversation like other dutch bros locations. I feel like no one wants to work here and the wait time is longer for lines that are shorter then most dutch bros, but the reason I came back to change my review from 5 star to 2 star is because I have ordered the soft top on all my drinks every single time I go but the staff at the tolleson dutch bros always forget to add it and because everyone seems so rushed at the window I forget about it and by the time I see it I'm long gone and not going back for my soft top because there is no time. If you have to go here don't ask for extras because chances are they are charging you and not adding it. I really hope they hire people that are excited to work and actually give people what they pay for because the little add ons people...

Ordered a medium hot cocomo with whipped cream. I was on break from work and as I pulled into work I noticed cup was light. I know whipped cream takes up some space but when I opened cup I knew whipped had melted but had no idea that there would be less than half a cup full of coffee!! So for me this is what was originally in there and then they topped this off with whipped and thought that was ok?! That’s was truly made me mad! I work hard as we all do to splurge on a coffee here and there and if I paid for a medium I should not have gotten barely a small coffee simply because I asked for whipped cream which I also PAID for…not ok! This was downright insulting! Guess location matters because the east valley locations would never do this type of nonsense and even think to serve it to you like if you’re an idiot! Do better! I’ll never visit this location again. Spent my money and my time ( my damn lunch break) and got insulted with this in return. If I could give zero...
