This was my very first time at this location, though I’ve been to a few others in town. I stopped in to get my usual cold brew with cream on the side and was told that they didn’t do that because they don’t have anything to put the cream on the side in. I guess at this location they don’t give them little cups or things like that but I also don’t know how to gauge how much cream I want until you see it in the coffee. It’s my only weird specific thing because I just hate over creamed coffee. And I also asked for sweetener on the side and she made it seem like they had to put everything in it instead of me doing it myself, which was very bizarre. The girl that took my order at the register looked like she was possibly a manager, but I’m not really sure. I didn’t get her name. I did greet her with a smile, but she barely budged a smile for me. I still tipped as a courtesy I waited for my order patiently because I always have patience at coffee shops because it does take a long time sometimes. I do find it rather crappy that they’ll take care of three people going through the drive-through before the only person they have at their register that ordered. But what can you do. I just think that should be a priority at least, maybe two drive-through’s and then the person in front of you but I’m not gonna harp on that. The reason why I gave it three stars is because I love their cold brew and I thought the location was very pretty inside and the three other girls that were running around making coffee seemed very very nice and they were very helpful to me and I did appreciate it. Though this location is actually the closest to my house, I doubt I’ll return here again. As someone who’s worked in Customer Service and in retail for the majority of my life, including Nordstrom where we have the best customer service, I expect at least the basics. I think if a customer greets you with a smile, you should probably smile back to them. Just my personal...
Read moreHORRIBLE customer service! Watch what you order because they will charge you double and make no apologies for it. I ordered a $3 ice tea and for a full week they charged me double for a specialty drink and charged for a larger size. They didn't inform me what I was ordering was actually just an ice tea they just rang it up, intentionally as the higher priced drink. Their drive thru menu is vague and doesn't have the FULL menu so I had no way of knowing I was ordering wrong. Instead of apologizing or trying to make it right they blamed me and were INCREDIBLY rude and the girl in the drive thru and manager on duty were SO SNOTTY! They are dishonest and will rip you off if you don't pay attention or don't know the menu well. It's your responsibilty to train your staff and to inform customers of these things and to insure they are doing things properly and the management obviously doesn't care to do that. It's not my responsibility to tell you how to ring things up or to know the ends and outs of each specific item on your menu. If the way I order changes the drink entirely YOU are supposed to provide CUSTOMER SERVICE by making me aware of that. This is the quickest way to lose customers. I recently moved to the area and would have been a repeat customer and now I will never go back. TRAIN YOUR STAFF and...
Read moreI have been going here for a while now due to its convenient location. However after many instances in the past year and after today I’m officially done. The drinks are extremely inconsistent for their price. Some days my coffee tastes normal with half and half and some days it will randomly have some sort of almond or oat milk in it? They can choose to charge $6 (with upcharge) for a medium coffee if you ask for extra cream or extra ice. For that price just please go to Starbucks truly. I hate all tip screens but particularly at this location when you wouldn’t even be able to tip on fast service since they are slower than any coffee shop I’ve experienced and I’ve been to several. If you love coffee like me don’t risk your morning being ruined by nasty coffee that you’re up-charged for. Whenever I’ve ordered a pastry they’ve forgotten it most of the time. Today’s last straw was the disgusting horrid taste in my mouth after drinking my coffee I can genuinely tell the half and half cream used is spoiled. Maybe that’s why it was mixed all of the sudden to disguise that when the drinks are never mixed. Even $2 coffee from McDonald’s is more consistent...
