Okay, buckle up I may be on this for a hot minute. I order the exact same thing everytime I go to a Cracker Barrel to minimize my sodium intake. Every other time I've been told my order is a "build your own". Today it's an ala-carte. Why? And when do you have to specifically ask for toast when you order eggs? A toast shortage? Doesn't eggs automatically have toast as a partner? Do people actually order OE eggs without toast? Where's the dipping fun in that scenario? And why can't my mug of hot water be refilled without asking? Coffee is free flowing. I also know how much I always pay so today the tip had to be adjusted. (Sadly.... lower.) Why are there people standing around telling you to wait to be seated while some server is running orders and then seats you? No Butter Mints.....ugh! Probably should have ordered the Jake and coke.

This cracker barrel really needs some customer service training. They took my order for a four piece dark but give me all white meat. I don't eat the breast.i made that clear when I ordered. The mgr. Comes and very rude tells me well we don't do that. So I was going to chalk it up as a $36 lesson and never set for in another cracker barrel ever. When my order was taken I should have been notified at that point. Not after I pay and make it home. I know the look I received as well as the treatment what type of people I'm dealing with. So he takes it and comes back with dark meat. It's burnt and way to crispy. That cracker barrel in particular is what's wrong in this country. No accountability or morals.

Ron was an excellent server. Kind, friendly, and helpful. My eggs Benny was absolutely delicious and honestly, just look at how gorgeous it looked. Absolutely flavorful and tasty. If you order bacon or sausage - it'll be right under that egg, too. You don't have to worry about mixing it all up separately. I would totally get this again but with bacon to try that. :) The menu is large and can cater to a lot of people's different appetite when it comes to what you're in the mood to have. Breakfast all day, burgers, sandwiches, specialty plates, a nice variety of drinks, desserts and all! You should leave full. And if you don't, you can always order a little something extra for take-out for later!

My friend came in for breakfast and told the server he was waiting for me but was going to order for me. She never returned to his table for quite a while. By the time I got there, he had been sitting for too long and was still unable to ordered for the both of us. We were getting ready to leave and tried to pay for our drink which became a kind of a hassle. There were five different employees trying to help us and nobody could just give us a ticket so we could pay and then we were told that we might be able to get a gold card and then they refused to give us the gold card because only a manager can approve it. I'm not really sure why they even mention this if they were not able to provide it. Anyways, I would have to say that this was one of the worst experiences given the fact that the server could have checked back in on my friend and never did. Although she might have been confused. She still left him sitting for a long time before coming back to even check on him. I do think that some type of compensation should have been provided. It would have made us come back and not leave a bad review. We will not be returning back to this location. I feel like it was very unprofessional, especially with how much miscommunication there was and how long he had been waiting. Regardless of him waiting for me, he wanted to order for me and she could have checked back in on him by that time but instead had served three different tables that received their food without even checking back in with him. Again. Horrible experience and it would have been a lot better if they could have at least offered something. Even an apology rather than trying to find out if their server was wrong or right? We still paid...

I visited this location for the first time for breakfast and was surprised by how bad the food was and then got attitude from the server when I questioned the food. I ordered biscuits and gravy with bacon and 1 scrambled egg. First issue, the egg was not scrambled. It essentially a fried egg, which I cannot stand the texture of fried eggs. It was clear the egg was left on griddle until it was hard cooked and then just folded over. That is NOT a scrambled egg. Second issue, the bacon was very undercooked. When I questioned the egg as being fried and not scrambled, the waitress argued with me. When I asked for cooked bacon, it clearly made her angry. I am not the type of customer that penalizes the waitress for bad cooks, but I do expect to not get attitude when I point out a problem. Once the waitress brought me actual cooked bacon, she disappeared and made it clear to ignore my need of a drink refill until I had to track her down for the check. Overall the food was bad and the attitude from the waitress was worse. When the cashier asked me how my experience was, I was honest and said not good. I gave her a summary of my experience and so she did offer to get the manager to comp my meal. I said no thanks and that I plan to handle it by never returning. Even though I should not have, I did go ahead and tip the waitress, hoping she doesn't treat every customer...

Very disappointed overall.

It’s a Cracker Barrel on a Sunday, of course it’s going to be busy completely understand that and our server was super nice making sure we got what we needed however we ran into a few issues with the team of cooks who couldn’t get a Sunday rush under control. We placed our order and about 20 minutes later we are informed that one of the items my coworker ordered is no longer available the server was sweet due to the kitchen not informing the servers that they were out of something. Wasn’t a super big deal she put in a different order and when that came out the eggs were raw! Not only did she have to wait extra but when it came out it wasn’t even safe for her to eat. Again, the server was sweet and comped part of the bill.

Main issue here is that myself and my coworker purchased 2 whole apple pies to take home and as we both open ours up we find MOLD on the top of the pie as well as it being underbaked and soggy it was completely inedible and lucky she only took one bite! Completely unacceptable that there is no sale by date either so who knows how long this pie has been sitting! We plan on taking them back and seriously expect absolutely NO pushback on a return. I rather get my refund and purchase from a different location. The lack of food safety from these cooks are insane and we definitely rather spend our hard earned...
