They remodeled the place. There used to be a waitress came and took your order and served you and now they’ve moved it away from a sit down kind of thing where they actually come to you with a menu and you can order and then have the service of a waitress to more of a Style where you have to either capture the menu with your cell phone or you have to walk up and order and so they took away the whole sit down restaurant experience, and that just totally lost me. I didn’t stay to even eat the food because the service that we used to have is totally gone now it’s just like fast food except you sit down at a table. There is not customer service at all and I thought that killed the whole experience so they lost me as a customer. I was afraid that the food had changed because I didn’t see any of the other staff or chefs that used to be preparing. So I left without eating. I did not eat because I was concerned since so much around service had changed so had the food. In your response, you indicated I should try the food before I eat. I don’t think you understood my review my review said I did not try the food, because so much is changed with service, and it was the service that it changed the change, the ambience and that’s why I did not eat the food because I was concerned about if the food had changed as well. I grew up in restaurants my family on them and will restaurant changes is ambience and its service drastically. It causes the customer to wonder if the food has also changed it’s not just the food that people come to the restaurant for it is the waitresses, the service, the chef is all a part of the ambience and the culture of the restaurant. When I came in there were two older gentleman sitting at a table, and when they saw the expression on my face about the change, they said, I know I feel the same way. “I sure hope the food hasn’t changed.” I’m concerned as well and I do understand you leaving. . I was rating the customer service and ambience. Also, I have come to your restaurant five times and it has been closed during your normal...
Read moreThis was our 2nd visit to this place and were little disappointed. We ordered 3 items. In chicken Kebab,I could hardly see chicken and the plate was full of onion and bell pepper and same was the case in my kid's chicken wrap, full of bell pepper and barely any chicken ,the chilli chicken bowl, the chicken was put on top of readymade gravy where the spices didn't blend together. And lastly brownie sundae was a joke. The brownie was hard and the icecream on top was barely frozen. It appeared as it you have poured a milk shake on top of brownie, literally. The staff of 3 was not equipped to cater to the lunch time crowd. The serving lady was quick and good to understand the order but needs to tone down her voice. She is so loud that it is annoying. The Chef was fine with his job unless he has been told to consciously put overwhelming amount of bell pepper in everything, that needs to be corrected. The billing guy was super slow. There were 5 plates stacked to be billed getting cold.I finally had to ask him to give me my plates so as 2 out 3 of us can start eating and I can stand there to make the payment when he is ready. We did like the concept of quick food. But may not go back anytime soon because of the over...
Read moreIt should be 5 stars. But the curries were a little not so good. Otherwise the Naan was good. Other than that, I tried the Naan Aloo Tikki burger which was pretty good and the Samosa Chaat was pretty delicious too. However, the reason why I would probably give it a very high rating is their great service. We were pleasantly served by Beau. A very helpful and cheerful guy in every aspect. Definitely made our day. He infact made the Naan which tasted delicious. Other than him, everyone else was also pretty helpful and polite. We also ordered the Masala Chai and Mango Lassi. The Mango Lassi had a perfect consistently. We asked for more milk and sugar to put in our Masala Chai and then the Chai tasted good too. Overall, a pretty good experience. (TIP: Try the Naan Burger, it's truly unique and served with potato wedges/fries) {Referring to another review of this restaurant I read before going here: The Papdi...
